With your next exhale,
Imagine the number 3 big,
Bright and glowing.
Two big,
Bright and glowing.

Bright and glowing.
And now,
You find yourself on the shore of the sea or the ocean.
You can sit comfortably on the sand and watch how the waves gently and slowly come in,
Touching the shore and the sand,
And slowly moving back into the ocean.
Here and now,
You can begin to write words in the sand.
Through the power of the written word,
You can release the things that feel heavy inside you.
You may write pain,
Loneliness,
Fear,
Anger.
You may write a specific fear you know you carry,
Fear of commitment or fear of separation.
Let all fears,
Everything that feels heavy,
Be written in the sand.
Everything that blocks or limits you in some way.
You write these words in the sand,
Knowing a wave will come to wash them away and leaving you lighter.
You may write stress,
Pressure,
Perfectionism,
Or anything else that comes to mind.
Write and simply watch how the waves wash them away,
How they cleanse you and take them out of you.
And when you feel ready,
Just observe the sea or the ocean and the horizon.
It may be day or night,
It doesn't matter.
Simply notice what surrounds you.
Notice the sensations in your body.
Is there anything else that feels heavy?
If there is and you don't have a clear word,
You can simply write heaviness.
Or you can describe it.
Heaviness in the chest,
Tightness in the stomach,
Tension in the throat,
Pain in the head.
Write everything,
Let it be washed away.
Separate yourself from it.
When you feel that everything has been written and released,
Take a slow breath.
The sand is smooth again.
The shore is clear.
In this cleared space,
Something new can arrive.
Gently shift your awareness to the sea.
And notice a bigger wave slowly comes closer.
It carries a beautiful shell,
A special gift for you.
The shell opens by itself and inside you discover a stunning pearl.
A pearl,
A symbol of beauty,
Softness.
Observe the pearl.
Notice its color.
Maybe it has soft pink tones.
Maybe it is creamy with gentle gray shades.
Or maybe it is bright radiant white.
Take the pearl in your hand.
Connect with it.
Feel it.
Notice what this pearl brings you.
What emotion or sensation.
It may be gentleness,
Lightness,
Softness,
Crowdness,
Abundance,
Warmth,
Confidence,
Faith.
When you feel ready,
With love and gratitude,
Slowly bring your attention back to the room you are in now.
Take a deep inhale and a long gentle exhale.
Start to move your body gently.
