Take a comfortable position,

Let your body relax fully,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes if it feels comfortable and bring your attention gently to your breath.

Inhale slowly,

Exhale fully,

Letting go of any tension.

Feel how your body is supported by the ground beneath you.

Feel the whole left side of your body.

And now feel the whole right side of your body.

Let them relax.

Imagine yourself standing at the beginning of a sandy shore.

Feel the soft,

Warm sand touching your feet.

Notice how the light,

Soothing breeze brushes against your skin,

Carrying a sense of calm and peace.

Feel yourself connected to the earth,

Anchored,

Present.

As you walk closer to the sea,

Notice the waves softly rolling in,

Sparkling under the sunlight.

With every step,

Allow yourself to release what no longer serves you.

It may be old doubts,

Fears,

Expectations,

Or masks.

Imagine these burdens as small leaves floating from your hands or shoulders,

Drifting into the water,

Carried gently away by the waves.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself lighter,

Freer,

And more aligned with your soul.

The water touches your feet,

Washing away everything that you want to release.

With each wave,

Feel your heart opening,

Your mind clearing,

Your body relaxing.

This is your time to let go,

To cleanse,

To be fully present in your own authentic being.

Allow the sea to surround you with its calm,

Soothing energy.

Notice the clarity,

The freedom,

The lightness within you.

This is your true self,

Whole,

Calm.

Here,

There are no expectations,

No masks,

No doubts,

Only the pure essence of who you are.

Breathe in this feeling of authenticity,

Letting it expand through your whole being,

Grounding you,

Uplifting you,

And connecting you deeply to your inner truth.

Stay here as long as you need.

And when you are ready,

Give thanks to the sea,

Knowing that you can return to this shore,

This water,

This release,

Anytime you wish.

And now,

Slowly begin to walk back onto the sand,

Carrying the peace and authenticity with you.

Know that what is truly yours will remain and what no longer serves you has been released.

Begin to return your awareness to the room you are in now,

Noticing the sounds around you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch gently.

Take a moment to honor yourself for taking this time to reconnect with your true,

Authentic self.

And gently,

When it feels right,

Open your eyes.
