Before we begin,
Find yourself in a comfortable seat,
Sitting up nice and tall.
Inhale slowly,
Exhale fully.
Take a moment to connect with your feelings of insecurity.
On a scale from 0 to 10,
How intense does it feel right now?
0 means you feel completely confident and 10 means you feel no confidence at all.
Just notice the number that comes to mind.
And now let's begin by gently tapping on the side of your hand,
The karate chop point.
And here we will say our statement 3 times.
Even though I don't feel very confident right now,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Tap on the crown of the head,
This lack of confidence.

This fear of not being good enough.

Head and all this tension in my body.

The heaviness.

All this tension in my body.

All this tension in me.

This nervous energy in my body.
Under the armpit,
This nervous energy in my body.
Head,
No matter what I do,
It never feels like enough.
Eyebrow point,
I feel like I have to prove myself.
Side eye,
This pressure to be perfect all the time.
Under the eye,
This constant inner pressure to perform.
Under the nose,
Part of me feels like I can't handle it.
Chin,
And I keep comparing myself to others.
Collarbones,
Because no matter what I do,
It never feels like enough.
Under the armpit,
I'm just not good enough.
Head,
All those moments when I felt small or invisible.
Eyebrow point,
The memories of times I failed or got rejected.
Side eye,
All those times people didn't believe in me.
Under the eye,
The old voices that told me I wasn't enough.
Under the nose,
That inner voice that says I can't do it.
Chin,
I allow myself to let go of this.
Collarbones,
I choose to release the old stories that keep me small.
Under the armpit,
I choose to release old doubts and step into my power.
Head,
Because I am enough,
Exactly as I am.
Eyebrow point,
I am enough,
Exactly as I am.
Side eye,
I'm doing my best,
And that's enough.
Under the eye,
Confidence is something I create within myself.
Under the nose,
I give myself permission to believe in my own value.
Chin,
I feel more connected with my confidence.
Collarbones,
Confidence is growing within me.
Under the armpit,
I choose to believe in myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Now,
Tune back into your body and your emotions.
On that same scale from 0 to 10,
Notice how the feeling of insecurity has shifted.
Whatever number comes up is perfectly okay.
It's just feedback that your energy is moving.
If your number is still higher than 3,
You can repeat this practice one more time.
