We're just going to bring a little bit of joy into our day in this moment right here.

This meditation is for any time of day,

Just taking a moment for yourself,

Beginning to reflect on a simple moment that brought you happiness recently in your life.

Maybe it was a smile,

A kind word,

Or a sunny day.

Just let that memory fill you with warmth and repeat to yourself,

Happiness is found in life's simplest moments.

You can repeat this as many times as you'd like.

You can continue this meditation for as long as you'd like.

Once you have finished with this meditation,

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the truth of love and connection within you,

Exhaling gently,

Bringing your hands to your heart center in prayer pose,

And Sat Nam,

Honoring the truth that we are one.
