Hello beautiful souls,
Welcome to this short meditation,
Just connecting your heart with the rest of your body,
Feeling the heart in this moment.
You can do this meditation anytime you like,
Wherever you like.
Simply place your hands over your heart and begin to feel its rhythm,
And as you feel rhythm of your heartbeat,
Silently thank it for supporting you every moment of every day.
And as you drop into this rhythm,
Repeat to yourself,
My heart is open to love,
Joy and connection.
As you repeat these words to yourself,
Let yourself feel the heart's energy radiating.
You can repeat these words as many times as you'd like,
And you can continue with this meditation for as long as you'd like.
And once you have finished with this meditation,
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling the truth of love and connection within you,
Exhaling gently,
Bringing your hands to your heart center in prayer pose,
And Sat Naam,
Honoring the truth that we are one.
