There is a thread of light running through the very center of you. Ancient traditions knew this — yogic lineages called it the Sushumna nadi, Tibetan Buddhism the central channel. Across cultures and centuries, human beings have returned to this truth: we are energy moving through form. In this 15-minute practice, we'll use Central Channel Breathing to find that thread and return to our center. We'll settle the body, activate four gentle anchor points — root, heart, throat, and brow — then breathe energy through the full length of your center. This practice may support nervous system regulation, somatic grounding, embodied presence, and emotional integration. Suitable for all levels. Music by Chris Collins, Indie Music Box
