Welcome to your daily meditation.

I'm Kelly Austin,

And I'm honored to be your guide on this releasing negative thoughts meditation.

Find a comfortable position,

Settle in,

And begin by taking a few nice deep and slow breaths.

And let's begin by welcoming and noticing any negative thought loops.

Knowing that you don't have to believe every thought,

That you can be the one that listens and chooses again.

So dropping your energy into your heart and deeper into your body.

How do you feel in your body when you think this thought loop?

And I want you to take this thought form out of your head and place it in front of you.

It's been acting as a protector,

Looping in an effort to keep you safe.

And sending it love and compassion.

Asking it what it's afraid would happen if you stopped thinking this way.

And what does it actually need instead?

As you give this thought form just that.

And as you do,

You visualize this loop unwinding like a thread as it effortlessly unties.

Allowing it to reveal itself.

What the truer and more loving thought is.

And allowing that to reweave in its place.

As you welcome this new empowered thought back home.

Noticing how you feel in your body when you think this thought.

As you anchor this truth,

This empowerment,

And this love into your body.

And as you take a nice deep breath.

And gently coming back whenever you're ready.

Thank you for welcoming me into your practice today.

You are whole and you are loved.
