So sit comfortably.
Close your eyes if that feels right and take a moment to center yourself with three deep breaths.
You can even do this laying down in bed.
Breathe in deeply through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Again through your nose.
And release your exhale.
One last time inhaling deeply but gently and letting go completely on your exhale.
Now begin tapping gently at the eyebrow point.
Remembering affirmations,
We just start straight at the eyebrow point.
I give myself permission to feel calm and grounded.
Side of I.
It's safe for me to relax and unwind.
Under eye.
My body is strong and capable.
And a nose.
I am learning to be kinder to myself.

I've done enough today and I can rest now.
Collarbone I am grateful for everything my buddy does for me.

Rest and care for myself.
