This section is focused entirely on affirmations to support you in creating a positive and empowering start to your day.
Find a comfortable spot and take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Allowing a sense of calm to spread through the body.
And exhale releasing any lingering tension.

So repeat after me at the eyebrow point.
