Hello beautiful being and welcome to this guided meditation into deep presence.
I invite you to find a comfortable seated position where your body can relax and your spine remains straight.
And as you settle into your comfortable position you can allow your eyes to gently close.
Arriving in your space,
Take a deep breath,
A deep breath.
Breathing fully into your belly,
Allowing for the belly to extend outwards as the air is entering your body.
And allowing the belly to withdraw back as the air is exiting your body.
Take another deep breath,
Arriving more and more in your space.
Arriving in the here and now.
Just be here right now and feel what it feels like to be here right now.
Take a deep breath and really drop into your body,
Into your being.
Discovering the feeling tone of this very moment.
Just noticing if there is contraction or relaxation.
If there is tension or softness.
Just allow for whatever is present in your space to be there.
And just be here right now.
Take another deep breath and just feel what it feels like to breathe.
Feeling the soft and gentle caress of the air entering through your lungs,
Moving through your body.
Feeling the warmth of the breath.
And just allow for this effortless,
Continuous flow of the breath to move through you.
And allow the breath to slow down your mind.
Notice how the breath is putting space in between your thoughts and you can rest in these short moments of silence,
Of stillness.
Just basking in the sense of harmony,
Peace and love that is emanating from within.
And as you allow yourself to drop more and more into the space of the heart,
Into the space of unconditional love,
I invite you to put a smile on your face just because it feels good for no other reason.
And just allow the energy of this beautiful smile to move through your body,
Feeling the warmth,
The love that your smile is carrying.
And just enjoy this gradual,
Organic opening of your heart,
This blossoming of the heart.
As you're basking in this energy of the smile,
In the space of the heart.
And as you're resting in the space of the heart,
Recharging.
Invite a sense of gratitude to be here.
Invite a sense of gratitude for any reason,
For all the reasons.
Just because it feels good and for no other reason.
And just breathe in this energy of the smile and gratitude and notice how your heart is opening and how you're resting more and more in the space of the heart.
And as you're resting in the space of the heart,
Silence and stillness have entered naturally your being.
