Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this guided meditation.

I invite you in this guided meditation to embark on a journey of self-forgiveness.

Forgiveness enables us to reconnect with our creative potential and our inner source of unconditional love.

So I want you now to just slowly arrive in the here and now.

Become aware of the pillow or the chair beneath you.

How it is offering your sense of support and grounding holding you.

Take a few deep breaths,

Breathing in consciously through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.

As you breathe out you can also make a soft sound.

Sounding can help us in redirecting the energy and slowly calming down naturally and allowing the awareness to turn within.

So I invite you to take a few more deep breaths and watch how your body gradually relaxes and calms down naturally,

Effortlessly.

And now consciously relax a little more.

Relax the muscles of your face,

Relax your jaw,

Your tongue,

Your ears.

Let go of all the weight on your shoulders.

Feel the gentle flow of your breath as it is slowly meandering through your body.

Relax your belly,

Your buttocks.

And allow your awareness to turn inward more and more,

Breath by breath.

You can now slowly and gently allow your eyes to close.

And you are welcome to repeat the following sentences after me quietly inside yourself or out loud to yourself.

Or simply receive them openly in your being.

I invite you to stay in touch with your breathing throughout the practice as much as available to you.

And you can even put your hands now on your belly to have a tangible connection to your breath.

And let the gentle rising and falling of your breath felt through the belly guide you.

Let's begin now.

I forgive myself that I've forgotten and abandoned myself so many times,

Sketched my potential and bound my power.

I'm sorry because I felt guilty so many times.

Because I could have given so much.

It just wouldn't have been enough.

I forgive myself because I'm finally not too proud anymore to see that I followed my ego blindly.

Take a deep breath in your belly and exhale slowly out again.

Feeling the gentle rising and falling of your belly.

Allowing all emotions and memories that may arise now to be there.

Allowing them to be carried by the flow of your breath.

Just let them come and go.

And do not hold onto anything.

Keeping your heart soft and open.

Notice any bodily sensations.

Maybe you feel a wave of heat or a cold.

A lump in the throat,

A stone in the stomach,

A heaviness in the shoulders,

A piercing in the heart.

Just let everything be and don't hold onto anything.

And stay in touch with your breath following the gentle rising and falling of the breath.

And I remember that a wise voice speaks from within me and I love myself so much for it.

Because I finally see that I'm standing in front of an open door in the self-created prison.

And I'm taking the path back into silence through the gate of the heart.

Because the gate of the cell only opens from the inside.

And I am thankful that I'm willing to look and see.

As that's how I found that path.

And I know,

Deep down,

I do know that in every darkness there is a sparkling light that wants to show me the way back home.

And if I follow this light miracles come true.

And I get my power back and I free myself and slowly let the old protective armor break open.

In forgiving myself I heal myself.

In healing myself I heal others.

And so I forgive myself again and again.

I forgive you and I trust each and every step.

I want to feel alive.

I want to taste the sweetness and the heaviness of life.

And I want to turn fear into forgiveness and love and let them dance together hand in hand.

So the new bridges can be built and my path can gently transform.

Keep breathing gently into your belly and feel,

Notice how more gentleness and softness slowly spreads in your being.

And I invite you to take a few moments now to consciously connect with your heart.

Feel the infinite goodness and unconditional love that lives in your heart and in every heart.

And just allow all walls to break down more and more.

Enter suffering and forgive every guilt.

It takes a little time so be patient with yourself.

And know when you choose this path of forgiveness and unconditional love you cross borders.

Because loving people create a field of love and people with love serve other people.

You feel the boundless love that lives in you,

Don't you?

Just invite her in.

Feel deeply.

Feel her fully.

Don't be afraid.

Let's all feel deeply and never fight fear again because hurt people only hurt people.

Even on the darkest of days you can expect miracles.

Live compassion and turn wounds into gifts.

And you can forgive anything that keeps you down.

So your dance in the fog becomes a colorful world because you are so worth it.

Repeat now after me.

And so I forgive myself again and again.

And I forgive you.

And I love myself for it.

And I trust each and every step.

Slowly come back to the room you're in.

Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes.

And maybe you want to stretch a little.

Just listen to your body.

Listen to what feels good for you right now.

And in your own time,

Whenever you feel ready,

Allow your eyes to gently slowly open up again.

Taking your time to greet the spaces around you and integrate yourself back into this room.

And just notice that you can dwell in the space of the heart for as long as you wish.

And there is no difference whether the eyes are open or closed.

And if you should ever lose this connection again,

You can simply return to this space at any time.

I invite you to practice this meditation more often to connect more and more with your innate compassion and unconditional love.

And continually expand the field of forgiveness,

Love and compassion.

Thank you for meditating with me,

For practicing the art of forgiveness.

And for your willingness to open your heart and to meet life.

I wish you a very wonderful day and may you be greeted with openness,

Curiosity and beauty.
