Welcome back for your mindful meditation.
I'm Karina Dawn and I'm so happy that you're joining me for this.
This is your meditation to rise into your empowered self.
So find a comfortable position.
You can be seated with legs crossed,
Spine tall,
Shoulders back,
Or seated on a chair or couch with feet grounded on the earth.
Gently close your eyes and let's begin.
This meditation is a reminder of your strength.
The part of you that's always been there,
Even when it's quiet.
So get comfortable and let's breathe a little deeper.
Inhaling in.
Exhaling out.
Inhaling in and feel the breath expand in your chest.
Exhaling,
Grounding your body.
Now inhale and imagine strength filling your entire body.
And exhale and release anything holding you back.
Again,
Inhale and inhale power.
And then exhale doubt.
Visualize yourself standing tall,
Rooted and ready.
See a version of you that walks with purpose,
Speaks with clarity and acts from inner knowing.
Who do you see?
That version of you is already here.
Let's call that forward.
Now silently repeat.
I am powerful.
I am grounded.
I trust myself.
I rise with confidence.
I move with intention.
I speak my truth.
You are not waiting to become someone else.
You are remembering who you have always been.
Let this feeling fill you.
You are rising.
You are expanding.
You are enough.
Now take a deep breath in,
Bringing awareness back to the breath.
Exhaling out.
Settling back into the body,
Bringing awareness to the room,
The temperature,
The sounds.
And may you bring this empowerment with you throughout the day.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
