Hello my friend and welcome to this meditation.
Find a comfortable position and once you're settled,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a grounding breath in and exhale.
Another calming breath through your nose and release through your mouth.
Take a moment to check in with your inner voice.
Are there any thoughts or emotions that need to be acknowledged?
Notice them and feel free to gently put them to the side,
Letting them know that you'll address them later.
In this moment,
It's time for you to just be.
Breathe in and release.
As spring slowly begins to show itself,
It's time for us to consider how we would like to bloom in this season.
After a grounding winter with slow,
Steady energy,
It's time to wake up and blossom and grow and accept and welcome each new day.
Spring is the perfect time to reconsider your intentions and to set some visions and expectations for the coming months.
I invite you to think about the next few months.
Picture them exactly how you'd like them to unfold.
What are the primary emotions you experience?
Maybe joy,
Gratefulness,
Warmth?
Is there anything you'd like to accomplish in these few months?
How can you show up for yourself to ensure that these months unfold the way you'd like them to?
What is it that you need to do?
What changes do you have to make to your routine,
To your mindset,
To your expectations?
What do you need to do to bloom?
There's a quote by ML Cole that says,
I love the first tingling of spring when sunlight lingers just a little longer,
You could almost feel the whole world soften.
As birds chirp nearby,
Puddles take slowly to the sky and you gently wake up to what's growing inside.
What's growing inside that you can continue to water.
Deep breath in and exhale.
I invite you to take time after this meditation to jot down in a journal,
Everything that you envisioned,
Set your intentions for these few months,
Write out the details of your visions,
Your emotions,
Your actions,
Put it all on paper and revisit them often.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation,
Have a wonderful rest of your day,
I see you,
I love you,
Until next time.
