A dive into the places often denied, hurting, longing for breath… to breathe themselves. To be softened. Enlightened. Light brought into dark. Healed essentially/ held. This practice is a safe container to enter your depths & realize you are highly capable of swimming, that you CAN go there without drowning. It is safe. And it can be easy. It is my wish that you come out on the other end with a greater capacity to walk & live the middle way. Not resisting the difficulty, but rather, learning to swim, lovingly, compassionately, flowing with it. Namaste my friend 🙏🏼
