Hello,
Beautiful beings.
Welcome to the Turn Yourself In podcast,
A self-mastery preschool for adults program providing bite-sized secrets,
Reflections,
And exercises to know,
Love,
And heal thyself,
And to be happy,
Healthy,
Helpful,
And holy.
Together we will zoom into your deepest,
Most expansive,
And highest self to gain self-mastery.
This is Reverend Catherine Gann of Soto.
Thank you for being and for being here with me today.
In the previous episode,
I discussed the eighth and last consideration in the know thyself dimension called,
Have No Expectations.
In this 14th episode,
We will begin our exploration into dimension two,
Master Your Environments,
Including the first consideration called,
Open Your Eyes to the Mystery.
As always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a deep nourishing breath and state aloud,
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
The Master Your Environments dimension embodies the following energies.
It's in the vibration of humility,
With the knowledge to allow for more opening,
With the result to be healthy,
And in alignment with the water element.
We often think of health in terms of the individual being,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Or our individual environment,
Body,
Mind,
Home,
Family.
But health is much more than the self.
It involves the whole of existence.
We are one being,
All threaded together through the field of consciousness.
Optimal or balanced health is only achieved when all your environments are healthy,
Not just one or two.
Therefore it is important to master all your environments for the health of the whole.
This includes your internal and external environments,
Meaning all your relationships.
Relationships with self,
With others,
With the earth and all her children,
Nature,
Elements,
Animals and creatures,
Fellow humans across the globe,
And with your Creator.
This requires a deep level of humility and understanding that you are one small piece of something much grander and may lack understanding about the truth of your existence.
Just like a cell within your own individual body,
You are like a cell within a much larger body.
Consider the profundity in that statement and contemplate what it means for you.
Can you sit with humility and deep reverence for how you fit into the whole?
Can you allow yourself to move with this wisdom in the same way water moves through and around all things,
With grace and without hesitation or worry?
Allow the waters to teach you,
To help you in your mastery of your environments.
In this process of mastering your environments and residing in humility,
You crack open the portal to new and higher understanding and break open to your truth.
This opening to higher understanding provides you the wisdom to create vibrant health and wellness for yourself and the whole.
Work with the eight considerations detailed in the following podcasts to contemplate,
Practice and affirm this dimension of the Self-Mastery Preschool for adults.
The eight considerations include 1.
Open your eyes to the mystery.
2.
Know that we are all one.
3.
Master your inner relationships.
4.
Master your outer relationships.
5.
Take care of life.
6.
Take heed with what you feed.
7.
Deprogram the illusion and 8.
Gain higher understanding.
Let's work on the first one.
Open your eyes to the mystery.
Align with your spirit and heart senses to feel and see the mystery in everything.
It is a curious,
Profound and impressive thing,
This life,
These bodies.
We don't know our origins and we don't,
In truth,
Understand what we are and why we are here.
We are a mystery and such is this life,
This reality in which we are living.
Find humility in not knowing.
Give yourself permission to lack understanding and to be in preschool again.
Write for as long as you can that something or someone created you,
Us,
This planet,
These planets,
This universe.
You were masterfully created and have purpose.
Get curious and examine with the playfulness and curiosity of a child.
It is in this curiosity and letting go of the story about who you are and where you came from that can provide you a tremendous opening to the wondrous and magical world of existence,
Of the mystery.
Begin flowing with existence in the same way water flows,
In the same way breath moves.
Imagine both in your mind's eye and match their frequency.
Open your heart,
Your mind and your eyes to the mystery.
Can you imagine what might unfold?
Can you imagine what might be possible?
Do you have a connection,
A relationship with that mystery,
With that environment that is more immense than any of us understand that may be infinite and beyond our current limited human comprehension?
Contemplate the following.
What a beautiful mystery you are,
We are,
Life is.
Go into deep contemplation and align with your spirit and heart senses to experience the mystery in everything you engage with and everything you are.
Receive each moment of the mystery and witness the mystery within each moment,
How it all folds into and within each thread.
The mundane isn't your only cup of tea.
You are miraculous and so are your thoughts,
Feelings and the depth and breadth of your being.
Breathe in the magic that is within and all around you and allow yourself to open to it,
Aligning with its frequency to bring that magic through you into this outer environment.
Contemplate who you are and how you came to be,
Not how you were born into a body,
But who you are as a being,
Who created you,
Us,
Life.
Where do the thoughts you think and the emotions you feel come from?
Which part of you is listening,
Understanding and absorbing these words,
These frequencies?
Where does the power and life force energy within and all around you come from?
Find humility in this preschool level of understanding and with the magnificence that you are and that life is.
Allow the transformation to soak into the cells of your spirit as you glimpse an infinitesimal understanding of existence,
Smiling because you realize you know nothing.
Open your eyes,
Beautiful one.
Open them to the mystery.
Here are some practices you can take into your day today.
Practice number one.
For the next week,
Sit in meditation for at least 15 minutes each day contemplating the existence of life.
Allow whatever wants to come through,
Witnessing its flow.
Utilize your breath to stay present with whatever comes.
Allow the experience,
The epiphanies,
The discomforts to transform you.
Practice number two.
For the next week,
Reside in humility with everything you experience and witness.
Go out into the world and notice others,
Your neighbors,
The car next to you,
The shoppers at the grocery store,
The clerks,
The wait staff at a restaurant,
The individual riding its bike,
The parent with its child,
The animals in nature,
The programs on TV or online,
Or the posts on social media.
Receive each moment of the mystery and witness the mystery within each moment.
Imagine every cell,
Every molecule,
Every action that has taken place for this moment to be.
Imagine its creation.
Breathe the sin.
Absorb it.
Here's some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one.
I am open to witnessing the mystery within all things.
I am open to witnessing the mystery within all things.
Number two.
I will use my spirit and heart senses to witness life.
I will use my spirit and heart senses to witness life.
Number three.
I will contemplate the existence of life often.
I will contemplate the existence of life often.
And number four.
I will reside in humility with the magnificence of our existence.
I will reside in humility with the magnificence of our existence.
This wraps up episode 14 of the Turn Yourself In podcast,
A self-mastery preschool for adults program.
This is Reverend Kathryn Gann of Soto,
The Urban Spirit Guide.
Join me for episode 15,
Where we will explore the second consideration within the Master Your Environment's dimension called Know That We Are All One.
Place your hands upon your heart or your arms around your shoulders and give yourself love and gratitude.
Thank you so much for being,
For walking this path,
For everything you have experienced and for being here with me today.
Blessings,
Sweet beings.
