Hello my love,

Let's soften together for a moment.

Find a comfortable position,

Let your shoulders drop and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Let your breath be warm,

Let your body begin to melt.

Now bring your awareness down into your heart space.

Notice what's here today,

Maybe a fullness,

Maybe an ache,

Maybe a tenderness.

Everything you feel is welcome.

On your next inhale,

Imagine a soft golden light entering your chest.

Let it spread through your whole body,

Through your arms,

Down to your fingers,

Into your breasts,

Down to your belly,

All the way down your legs,

Into your feet.

Down your shoulders,

Running like a waterfall down your back.

This is your inner warmth,

Your inner safety.

With every exhale,

Release the weight you don't want to carry into the new year.

Let it drip out of you gently,

No force,

Only allowing.

Whisper inside yourself,

I am safe to soften.

Say it again,

I am safe to soften.

Take one more deep inhale,

Filling your whole body with light and exhale completely.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and carry this softness into your day today.
