Take a slow breath in and feel your whole body soften as you exhale.

Let your shoulders lower.

Let your attention settle gently into this moment.

You don't need to change anything.

Just notice the simple feeling of being here.

With each inhale,

Allow your awareness to brighten.

And with each exhale,

Feel your mind open into a softer,

Wider space.

Notice the contact beneath your body,

The steadiness holding you.

Let that steadiness move into your breath and into your mind.

As you breathe,

Imagine gathering your attention back to the center of your chest,

Like returning home to yourself.

Your thoughts begin to quiet,

Your breath becomes smoother,

A grounded presence takes shape inside you.

Each inhale brings clarity,

Each exhale creates space.

You are here,

Fully,

Softly,

Steadily.

Take one more slow breath.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself step into the present moment with calm intention and clear awareness.
