My name is Jordan and I am honored to share this space with you today.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position.
Go ahead and close your eyes or perhaps a soft gaze if you prefer.
Listen to your body.
This is your space to tend to your needs.
Bring your focus to your feet.
Allow them to feel heavy into the earth you can imagine there is a cord of light connected to you from your feet all the way to the core of the earth beneath the surface that is holding you at this moment.
And bring your attention to your hands Perhaps they need a little bit of movement before we fully settle in.
Allow them to fall wherever feels comfortable.
Perhaps palms facing to the sky ready to receive or palms facing down as a way to secure your space.
You are your own source of stability.
This is your space.
And this is your opportunity to take up space in this moment.
Next we're going to take a deep breath and take a moment to settle and this breath is just for you.
Take a moment to inhale and exhale.
You made it here.
That is enough for right now.
Allow yourself to settle.
Being without doing.
If you have thoughts,
Simply notice them.
They are like clouds moving through the sky,
Whatever narrative is trying to keep you distracted from this present moment,
Simply notice.
Notice from a place of curiosity.
This is the practice of noticing,
Observing,
Presence,
Awareness and bring your awareness to your chest.
Your throat,
Your belly Notice what's there.
Any sensations you may feel Simply notice them.
The key here is to observe your experience.
Whatever is present for you,
Let it be seen.
Notice any urge you may have.
To change something or fix Bring your attention to your shoulders.
Allowing them to soften go ahead and focus on in between your eyebrows Allow that part of you to soften.
Relaxing is allowing.
Softening in your body Take a moment to listen to the inner dialogue that is present for you.
Is it kind?
Is it loving?
Is it critical?
Judgmental.
Whatever is coming up for you,
Is it true?
Tuning in to what resonates in your body.
Creates the pathway for embodying compassion acceptance and love Where there is compassion,
There is always love.
Self-love Allow yourself to go deeper in this moment deeper within your heart,
Deeper within the sensations of your body Remember that your mind is a tool to be utilized.
And your heart is your inner voice.
Connected to your intuition.
Empower yourself in this moment whatever is coming up for you.
It's okay.
It's very possible that there is a part of you that worked really hard to stay safe.
That part of you got quiet and when quiet felt safer that became your normal,
Your baseline your foundation.
Though that is a false foundation.
When small got smaller and when small felt safer,
That falseness,
That conditioning deepened.
And in this moment.
We can recognize that This is the part of you.
That has been waiting a long time to be seen.
Without having to earn it,
Without achieving your way through but to be tended to.
Let that part of you know you're here and that it's okay to be here.
Place one hand on your heart.
Feel into your own warmth feel into the vibration of your heart.
That gentleness that pulsates through your heartstream.
That light within you that lets you know you're okay.
That you are whole.
And you are enough.
And even in moments when you catch that inner critic trying to distract your essence.
Remember that you embody radical self-love deep beneath the false conditioned foundation that no longer resonates in your heart and actually It never really did.
And so remember that you in this moment embody radical self-love deep beneath that previous narrative.
Remember that today,
In this moment,
You embody radical self-love deep beneath that narrative.
The old narrative that no longer resonates with you and perhaps never did.
And I remind you that in this moment,
You embody radical self-love deep.
And within.
The narrative.
You are building from a brand new solid soil that is in residence with who you naturally are.
That inner critic becomes the inner voice of self-love.
And in this next moment,
I invite you to take a full belly breath in,
Though you will start with the chest.
You will inhale through the chest into the belly,
And then hold it at the top.
So together,
Go ahead and inhale,
Chest,
Belly,
And hold it at the top.
Take another sip,
Soften your shoulders and release it slowly letting it all go Feel the weight of your hand on your chest.
This is what your own self-love within your heart feels like.
This is what it feels like to receive to love and accept yourself and all of your imperfections.
All of those parts of you that make you who you are and provide wisdom that may first be a wound though it transcends into your own medicine honestly and authentically.
Compassion is the key to remembering your nature.
Your essence Acknowledge yourself in this moment.
You showed up for yourself today.
You can come back here anytime.
This is your space to remember who you naturally are,
