Explore MeditationFor the past 15 years, Jojo has been dedicated to working with individuals to help them with healing their bodies, minds, and souls. Her own path of healing and her longing to help and share with others have led her to study and work with many healing modalities. For the past 10 years she has been running women's circles and retreats incorporating many incredible tools such as meditation and Aguahara (a therapy in the water) that are now very much integrated into her way of life and her work due to the deep healing and transformation that they bring. This beautiful path led her to Mazunte and Hridaya Yoga and Meditation Centre where she has served since 2016. Upon arriving at Hridaya, she knew she had found a school that offered authentic yogic teachings, and from that moment on, she has been inspired to explore the profound truth that yoga and meditation reveal. Having completed this 500-hour Teacher Training Course, she now shares the teachings at Hridaya in English and Spanish. She is deeply passionate about guiding women on their healing journey—supporting them as they process and integrate past trauma, reclaim their inner strength, and rediscover the radiant light of love that has always lived within them. In recent years this has expanded into working with couples and together with her partner Tim, running retreats for couples with the focus on conscious connection, emotional intimacy, and authentic communication.
