Hello,
And welcome to Janergy Healing.
Take a deep,
Gentle breath.
Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Breathe into the soft space between them,
The space where truth meets safety.
Whisper softly,
I'm safe.
I'm here.
I'm not leaving myself.
This is an inner child dialogue,
A space where we listen to the younger part of ourselves and respond with love,
Safety,
And truth.
Today we meet the trust wound,
The ache that forms when safety was inconsistent,
When we didn't depend on the people or the world around us.
It's the wound that taught us to survive,
I must stay on guard.
Let's begin.
I can't relax.
Every time I trust something goes wrong,
People say one thing and do another.
I always have to watch to prepare for the worst.
I understand.
You learned that the world wasn't steady.
Sometimes love meant danger,
And calm never lasted.
You stayed alert because that's how you survived.
You were protecting us the only way you knew how.
If I stop watching,
I'll get hurt again.
If I trust people,
They'll leave or they'll lie.
I can't afford to be that foolish.
You're right,
Not everyone is trustworthy,
But we are rebuilding trust from the inside.
We're not that powerless child anymore.
We can choose who to trust,
And we can trust ourselves first.
We can listen to our body,
Our intuition,
Our knowing.
But how do I know it's really safe now?
Because I'm here.
I am the steady one you've never had.
When something doesn't feel right,
We pause.
When it feels safe,
We open.
We don't have to rush trust.
We build it slowly,
Like dawn breaking after a long night.
Life is not here to punish us.
It's learning to meet us where we are.
So it's okay to rest a little?
Yes,
You can rest.
You can let the guard down,
Piece by piece.
Trust doesn't erase what happened.
It honors that it's over.
We can still be wise,
But no longer afraid.
The world begins to soften when we do.
Take a slow breath.
Place both hands over your heart.
Whisper softly,
It's safe to trust myself.
It's safe to begin again.
The mistrust of the past no longer rules us.
We listen.
We discern.
We open when it's true.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are loved.
Namaste.
