Hello,
And welcome to Janoji Healing.
Take a gentle breath and arrive.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly,
And feel the rise and fall of your breath and the rhythm of belonging that lives within you,
And whisper softly,
I'm safe,
I'm here,
I'm not leaving myself.
This is an inner child dialogue,
A space where we listen to the younger part of ourselves and respond with love,
Safety,
And truth.
Today we meet the rejection wound,
The pain of being unseen,
Unchosen,
Or misunderstood.
The wound that taught us to hide our truth,
To keep love.
Let's begin.
They didn't want me.
I tried to be good,
To be quiet,
To be who they liked,
But it never worked.
It always felt like something about me was wrong.
I know that feeling.
You tried so hard to fit into spaces that couldn't see your light.
You learned to make yourself smaller to avoid rejection.
That was your way of staying safe,
And it worked for a time.
But now we don't need to hide to be loved.
But what if they don't like who I really am?
What if I'm too much,
Or not enough?
Our worth isn't measured by who accepts us.
Love that requires us to disappear isn't love,
It's fear.
You are allowed to be seen.
You are allowed to take up space.
And I will never reject the truth of who you are.
So I don't have to change anymore?
No,
You don't.
You are already enough.
When rejection comes,
We won't make it proof of unworthiness.
We'll make it a reminder to return home to ourselves.
You belong here,
Exactly as you are.
Take a slow breath.
Place both hands gently over your heart.
Whisper softly,
I belong to myself.
I will not reject who I am.
Rejection may have shaped us,
But it no longer defines us.
We are seen.
We are enough.
We are loved.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are loved.
Namaste.
