Hello,
And welcome to Jhanurji Healing.
Take a moment to arrive.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly,
And breathe gently into the space between them.
And whisper softly,
I'm safe,
I'm here,
I'm not leaving myself.
This is an inner child dialogue,
A space where we listen to the younger part of ourselves and respond with love,
Safety,
And truth.
Today we meet the betrayal wound,
The heartbreak that comes when trust is broken,
When promises are not kept,
And love feels unsafe.
Let's begin.
They said they loved me,
They say they wouldn't hurt me,
But they did.
They said I could trust them,
And then they left or they lied.
I don't know who to trust anymore.
I know,
Little one,
That kind of pain cuts deep.
You believed in their words,
You trusted their love,
And when they broke that trust,
It felt like your world cracked open.
It made sense that you decided,
I'll only rely on myself.
That was your protection.
If I let people close again,
They'll hurt me.
Everyone says they'll stay,
But they don't.
People always change.
You're right,
People can change,
And sometimes they do leave,
But not everyone will betray you.
What happened before wasn't your fault,
And it doesn't mean you can't trust again.
We're learning how to rebuild trust slowly,
Beginning with me.
How do I know you won't hurt me,
Too?
Because I will not break the promises I make to us.
I will not betray our truth to please anyone.
I will not abandon what we feel to keep someone else comfortable.
I stay loyal to us,
To our heart,
Our body,
Our truth.
So,
It's safe to trust again?
Yes,
But we don't have to rush it.
Trust doesn't mean forgetting what happened,
It means remembering who we are.
We can open slowly,
With discernment and love.
Not everyone will stay,
But I will.
And together,
We'll learn what safe connection feels like again.
Take a slow breath.
Place both hands over your heart,
And whisper softly,
I trust myself.
I stay loyal to my truth.
The past may have broken our trust,
But we are rebuilding it now,
From the inside out.
We are steady,
We are safe,
We are whole.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are loved.
Namaste.
