Breathe in,
Feel the weight of the moment,
And feel the space inside you that knows,
Knows beyond words,
Beyond thought,
Beyond doubt.
Truth,
It's not just something you speak,
It's something you become.
Truth moves,
It flows like a river,
Like a fire in the belly,
Like a pulse in the heart.
It does not stand still,
It does not wait for permission,
It does not shrink itself for comfort.
Truth is power,
Truth is presence,
Truth is love.
And in this moment,
I invite you to sit with it,
To breathe into it,
To commit to it.
Because love and truth are not separate.
Love is truth,
Truth is love.
Truth doesn't live in the noise,
It doesn't beg to be believed,
It doesn't need validation,
Truth just is.
It hums beneath the surface,
Waiting for you to listen,
To feel,
To remember.
Ask yourself,
Where in my life am I being called to listen to my inner truth?
Listen,
Because truth will never lead you astray.
Truth speaks through the body,
Tight throat,
Heavy chest,
Clenched stomach,
You feel it before you know it.
The body always knows,
It carries what we will not say,
It holds what we cannot face.
But truth will not stay silent,
It will press against your ribs,
It will rise up like a wave,
It will demand to be free.
Ask yourself,
Where do I feel truth or the lack of it in my body?
What is it asking of me?
Breathe into that space,
Let truth move.
Truth is not rigid,
It is not a rule book,
It is not a weapon.
Truth breathes,
It shifts,
It reveals itself as you expand.
It is not just something you speak,
It is something you attune to.
Ask yourself,
What truth is emerging for me in this moment?
Trust it.
Now the world has forgotten,
We are not separate,
We never were.
But fear tells a different story.
Fear says,
This is mine,
That is yours,
You are right,
They are wrong,
Some belong,
Some do not.
But truth?
Truth says,
We all belong,
We all carry divine light,
We are not separate,
We are one.
Ask yourself,
Where have I allowed fear to distort my perception of truth?
Let love remind you.
The world says,
Divide,
Choose sides,
Close the door.
It says some are worthy and some are not.
But truth does not exclude,
Love does not divide,
Spirit does not withhold belonging.
Truth is spacious,
Truth is whole,
Truth calls us home.
Ask yourself,
Where am I being called to restore the truth of belonging?
Because truth in its purest form is love and action.
Truth will set you free,
But first it will break your chains.
The chains of playing small,
The chains of staying silent,
The chains of shrinking for the comfort of others.
You are not here to be quiet,
You are not here to be agreeable,
You are not here to make yourself invisible.
You are here to stand in truth,
To let it fill you,
Move through you and set the world on fire.
Ask yourself,
How can I live in greater alignment with truth each day?
Because the world does not need more silence,
It needs more truth.
Truth is not passive,
Truth is bold,
Truth moves,
Truth transforms.
And knowing truth is not enough,
You must embody it.
Speak with integrity and compassion,
Stand for justice and unity,
Offer healing where there is division.
Ask yourself,
How can I embody divine truth in my actions,
My words,
My presence?
This is the call,
This is the moment,
This is truth in action.
Breathe in,
Feel truth settle within you.
It has always been here,
Waiting for you to remember.
Truth is not outside of you,
Truth is who you are.
Commit to truth,
Commit to love,
Commit to showing up fully as you are in all your light.
Because truth is not just something you know,
It is something you become.
Take one final breath,
Anchor in this knowing,
And when you step forward from this space,
Let truth guide you.
Thank you for being here,
Thank you for committing to truth,
Thank you for committing to love.
Truth is not just a concept,
It's a way of being,
It moves through us,
Shaping our choices,
Our voices,
Our very existence.
And so,
We arrive here.
Truth is not just something we speak,
It's something we live,
It moves through us in every breath,
In every action,
In every moment we choose love over fear.
Take this truth with you,
Let it shape your words,
Let it shape your presence,
And most of all,
Let it set you free.
Namaste.
