Start by finding a comfortable spot where you can relax.

Close your eyes and taking a deep breath through your nose,

Holding it for a few seconds and then exhaling out.

Repeat this a few times until you begin to feel more relaxed.

Now,

Focus on relaxing your body more.

Starting at your toes,

Imagine a warm,

Relaxing sensation.

Moving up through your body,

Into your legs,

Your hips,

Up into your stomach,

Your chest,

Your arms and finally your head.

Feel any tension in your body release with each breath.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine yourself in a peaceful,

Calming place.

It could be a beach,

A forest or a mountaintop.

Wherever it is,

Imagine that you are surrounded by tranquility and serenity.

Now focus on your breath.

Begin to breathe in for four counts and exhale for six counts.

Allow your breath to become slow and steady.

Breathe in for four and out for six.

As you continue this breath cycle,

Feel yourself sinking deeper.

Imagine yourself in a state of pure relaxation and focus.

As you relax,

Imagine a bright light at the centre of your mind.

This light represents your alpha brainwaves.

Visualise this light growing brighter and stronger with each exhale.

Allowing you to relax even deeper still.

Breathe in for four and out for six.

See the light in the centre of your mind grow in size and strength,

So it radiates from your brow shackle.

It is now time to visualise what it is that you want to manifest.

Imagine a large book hovering six feet off the ground in front of your body.

This book indicates what it is that you do want.

Open it and read what it says on the left hand side.

Use all of your senses to make it real.

How does it look,

Feel,

Smell or taste?

Can you hear it?

It is real.

This is your reality.

Spend some time exploring it now and notice how having this makes you feel.

Now breathe a few more deep breaths and allow yourself to close the book.

But just before you let it float away,

You read what's written on the back cover.

In clear blocked letters the words,

It is done.

And now you understand that your dreams and desires are to come true.

Take a few moments to let this knowing cement itself.

As you slowly open your eyes,

You understand the feelings of knowing that your manifestations will soon be a part of your reality.

Today would be a great day.

It is done.
