This meditation is designed to help relieve pain and tension in your body. Practice it daily to release pain points, especially in your head and heart, which are the most crucial areas. As you meditate, you'll activate and balance your chakras, the energy centers in your body. This activation promotes healing and alignment of your physical and emotional states. The meditation also includes breathwork, enhancing relaxation and energy flow. By focusing on these key points, visualizing energy flow, and practicing breath-work, you can achieve overall well-being and holistic healing.

This meditation is designed to release pain and tension within your physical and mental body.

The breath work that flows down your spine will release pain and tension from your mind,

Heart and a pain point that you want to work on within your body.

It may not release all of it in the first meditation.

You may do this each day to help manage pain of chronic conditions,

Releasing it bit by bit as your body allows.

I recommend starting with one pain point at a time.

Usually it's the head and heart that need the most healing and so this meditation focuses on those first and then an area of your choice.

Lie or sit comfortably on the floor.

Take a few deep breaths in and out of your nose.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Allow yourself to relax with each breath you take.

Breathe in a natural rhythm for yourself,

Filling your lungs as you do so.

Allow the next few breaths to travel down your spine on the inhale and back up your spine on the exhale.

You may feel your body starting to move in a gentle wave as you do this.

Above your head is a great white light,

Healing light.

This light enters through your crown chakra at the top of your head.

As you breathe in,

It travels all the way through your spine to your coccyx,

Opening up the connection of all your chakras towards your root chakra.

As you breathe out,

It travels up your spine to the crown chakra and at the top of your head.

Allow any pain along this line to release from your crown chakra as you exhale.

It may be darker in colour.

Let that dark colour go on each exhale and breath.

Breathe in the healing bright light to take its place.

Your body may be moving more now.

This is okay.

Allow it to make the movement that feels right and safe to you.

On your next breath,

Inhale the bright white light once more.

Allow this to travel to your heart.

The healing light fills this space,

Pushing any dark pain here out with your breath.

This is a gentle breath.

Take it slowly until you're happy that the pain in your heart has released.

Fill this space with the healing white light from Source that you take in with each inhale.

Now,

Breathe in the healing light,

Allowing it to fill your head and mind.

Allow any dark light release from here on your exhale and clear the fresh light to take it in its place.

On the inhale,

Your mind is feeling clear and balanced.

Breathe into here until you're happy that any pain has been released.

Allow your breath once more to return to your spine.

Allow it to travel all the way down with your inhale and all the way up with your exhale.

Notice the light growing brighter and stronger as the healing takes place in your being.

Allow the breath to flow to another area of pain in your body.

Allow the bright white light to flow from your crown chakra all the way through your spine and into the pain point of your body.

As the inhaled light reaches the pain point,

Allow the white light to push the darker pain out on your exhale.

Breathe steadily as you go.

Keep this flowing until you're happy that the pain has been released from this point.

Once more,

Allow the breath to follow the spine as it travels.

Allow the spine to move gently as it wants to in order to aid the release of tension and pain until you come to a natural rest.

When you are ready,

Bring your breath back to its natural rhythm as you open your eyes,

Smile and enjoy your refreshed body.
