Take a few moments to find a place where you can feel comfortable.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in and out.
And as you continue to inhale and exhale,
Bring awareness to your body.
Relaxing your muscles.
Starting at the crown of your head.
Releasing any tension you're experiencing in your face.
Loosening your jaw.
Moving your head from side to side.
Rolling your shoulders.
Stretching out your back,
Your chest.
Twisting your body or moving from side to side.
Just relaxing and releasing.
Nurturing your body in the way it needs right now.
Relaxing your legs.
Rolling your ankles.
Wiggling your toes.
Grounding into the Earth's energy.
Bringing white and golden healing light through the Earth and into your body.
Inviting life force energy,
Reiki healing,
To enter through the soles of your feet.
Immersing every cell of your body.
As you follow your breath in and out,
The luminous healing energy emanates from you.
Bring to mind a local school full of learners and educators.
Students,
Teachers,
Secretaries,
Building support staff,
Principals,
Coaches,
Counselors,
And all others in service to learning.
Asking that any souls who wish to receive be open to this healing and supportive energy.
If any soul does not wish to receive at this time,
That's okay.
The energy will pass until they're ready.
Go ahead and ask for their permission at this time.
Set an intention for this Reiki healing.
No matter where you are or what time it is,
The energy will reach those who wish to receive it.
You may ask that everyone feels loved.
You may request that energy support the learning and instruction.
Or whatever you wish.
Take a few moments to set your intentions.
Now choose how you'd like to send Reiki energy to them.
You may picture light beaming from your heart space.
You might open your hands,
Allowing energy to flow through them.
Or imagine a beautiful shower of light coming down over the school and filling its space.
You choose what feels right to you.
When you are ready,
Send the light to whomever wishes to receive it at this time,
Knowing and trusting it is reaching them.
Take some time to do that now.
As you bring your awareness back to your breath,
The rise and fall of your chest,
Take a few moments to express appreciation at this time.
Coming back into your body,
Feeling the movement of fingers,
Loosening or stretching any area calling your attention,
Noticing the temperature in the room,
Any sounds,
Or the stillness around you.
You may open your eyes at this time.
