Find yourself in a comfortable resting position.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Again,

Breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Bringing your awareness back to the natural in and out of your breath.

Relax your body.

Tend your muscles and just release any tension or stress from your day.

And with your eyes closed,

Imagine yourself in one of your favorite spots in nature.

Feeling the temperature on your skin,

The sounds around you.

Stepping onto a heart-shaped slab of rose quartz,

The pink healing crystal represents unconditional love.

Bring to mind a teacher,

Leader,

Or mentor you've had in your life.

Someone you looked up to who was a positive influence.

Their presence gave you a sense of belonging,

Acceptance,

And value.

You knew you mattered because of this person.

Imagine this person joining you on the rose quartz,

Standing in front of you.

You are facing each other.

Invite a memory to come forth,

A moment in time where this person showed you unconditional love,

Kindness,

And understanding.

Allow yourself to experience this memory as it plays out in your mind,

Taking in the details of the scene,

The conversation,

Or acts of kindness shown to you.

Do that now.

Now pay attention to how you feel as you receive this beautiful moment in time.

Where do you feel this in your body?

Is there a sensation,

An awareness inside of your body?

Give yourself permission to open your heart and fully receive and experience the warmth of love and kindness all through your body.

Now focus on these phrases as you imagine your teacher,

Leader,

Or mentor saying them with you.

May I always be safe.

May I be healthy in mind,

Body,

And spirit.

May I find joy in and out of school.

May I have the balance that I need.

May I always have enough.

May I find peace in my heart.

As you take your next breath in,

Imagine a pink healing light entering your body.

Then exhale gratitude through your mouth.

Breathing in a pink light,

Exhaling gratitude.

Breathing in a pink light,

Exhaling gratitude.

And now share any gratitude and appreciation you'd like to express with your teacher,

Leader,

Or mentor before they leave,

Knowing you can always ask them to come back in your mind when you'd like to see them again.

And now bring to mind a student or colleague who may be struggling.

This could be someone in your life right now,

Or one you've taught or worked with in the past.

Just allow that person to come to you now.

As this person joins you on the rose quartz,

Breathe in unconditional love into your body.

Imagine that unconditional love emanating from your heart as a pink light.

As you exhale,

The pink light becomes bigger and bigger.

Continue breathing in the pink light into your heart,

And picture it reaching and surrounding you and the one with you as you exhale.

And now that you are both surrounded by pink light and unconditional love,

Look the student or colleague in the eyes and say to them,

May you always feel safe.

May you be healthy in mind,

Body,

And spirit.

May you find joy in and out of school.

May you always know you matter.

May you always have enough.

May your heart know peace.

Take your time knowing they are receiving this with an open heart.

Imagine what you've just shared and experienced as healing for you and for others.

As you bring your awareness back to your breath,

The rise and fall of your chest,

Take a few moments to express gratitude to anyone you wish at this time.

Take your time.
