Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Whether you are seated or lying down.
And then close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And on the last in-breath,
Imagine a beautiful white light filling your body.
And release.
Starting at the top of your crown,
The top of your head,
Just imagine that you are releasing any tension that you are holding,
Relaxing your forehead and your temples,
Allowing your cheeks to soften,
Allowing your cheeks to soften,
Relaxing any tension that you might be holding in your jaw,
Moving your head from side to side,
Rolling your shoulders,
Twisting your body and stretching out your torso,
Huffing out your chest,
And releasing to roll your back,
Straightening up again,
And feeling the weight of your body on the surface it's touching.
Moving down to your hips,
If it feels good,
Move them from side to side,
Releasing any tension you are holding in your legs,
From your thighs to your knees,
Your calves,
Rolling your ankles,
Scrunching up your toes.
And on the next in-breath,
Imagine bringing in calm,
And exhaling any leftover stress through your mouth.
One more deep breath in,
And exhale.
Whenever you are ready,
You may open your eyes.
