Morning,
I'm James,
This is Jesse,
We're with the Breathwork channel.
Doing some movement with our breath this morning.
We're going to be bringing our chin all the way up.
All the way down so on our inhale we're bringing our chin to the sky and on our exhale we're bringing our chin down to our chest.
Follow along as Jesse moves and then we're going to be doing.
.
.
Some movement with our arms as well.
So bringing our awareness to our breath.
Breathing in low,
Slow,
Through the nose.
Relax,
Letting go.
When you're ready.
Inhale and bring your chin.
Way up.
Exhale bringing your chin down to your chest.
Moving in a range that is comfortable and smooth to you.
Slow,
Steady inhales.
Relax,
Steady exiles.
Exhaling as the chin comes to the chest inhaling as you bring the chin All the way up.
Again,
No stress,
Certainly no pain.
Pain in your neck.
Use the range of motion that is most comfortable for you.
Gentle,
Slow inhale as you raise your chin.
Relax,
Steady exhale as you bring your chin to your chest.
Just movement in the mornings or in the evenings,
Bring some relaxation.
Some comfortable energy to our body.
Gently in.
See that?
Going at a pace that is comfortable for you.
And in time and harmony with your breath.
Full breath into the belly.
Relax slow and steady with the Exile.
Trampoline Relax it out,
Allowing that movement to feel natural.
Is simply flowing.
With your breath.
Gentle exile.
Three more cycles here of breath.
Two more.
The last one.
Relaxing down.
And then bringing your shoulders,
Your arms up.
So together as Jesse is doing and then as you expand and inhale bring your shoulders to your side.
Keeping your upper arms parallel to the ground and exile should bring them back together.
Breathing in.
Expand.
Relax out and let go.
Using a range of movement that is comfortable and safe for you.
And a speed that aligns with your breath.
Full breath in as you expand and open.
Relax,
Steady,
Exile as you let it go.
Two more here,
Digging in.
Relaxing out.
.
.
Last one,
Breathing in through the nose.
Relax,
Let it go.
Back to our breathing with our chin on our chest,
Exhaling down.
Inhaling on the way up.
Slow,
Steady movements.
Moving energy around our body as we inhale up.
Exile down.
This movement and harmony with our breath brings alignment.
Relaxation.
And also provide energy in the mornings.
Gently wake and arouse our body.
Again,
Movements that are comfortable.
At a speed that works for you.
Full breath in as we inhale on the way up.
Relax,
Steady exhale as you bring your chin back to your chest.
Expanding on your inhale.
Relaxing on your exhale.
In of How's that?
In and up.
Out and down.
Three more here in and up Relax out and down.
Keeping your spine relaxed,
Straight and neutral.
Sticking with the breath pattern here slow,
Steady movements in your neck.
Last breath all the way up.
Relax back down.
One more time with our shoulders,
Bringing them up.
So that we are perpendicular.
And then inhale as you open,
Expand the ribcage,
Relax,
Letting go.
Again,
Slow,
Steady movements.
Comfortable and safe for your body.
Expand as you open up your ribcage.
Relax in exile as you let it go.
In.
You Max Outt.
.
.
In Box it out.
Three more breaths here.
Wow.
Landing.
I see.
Breath and body in harmony together with movement.
Simply bring your hands down.
Relax.
Gentle breaths in.
Relax it out.
Feeling and observing your body.
Any sensations from the movement.
Enjoying the sensation and the feeling.
The alignment in our bodies.
Simply relax.
Observe.
