Acknowledging everything you feel.

Allow yourself to feel them and then allow them to move through you.
Notice your physical body and if there's any adjustments to how you're sitting or laying,
Allow yourself to move your body and settle in.
Notice your breath as cleansing,
Filling your lungs completely and exhaling completely.
Now bring a sense of relaxation into the top of your scalp,
Feeling the muscles in your forehead and temples relax and soften.
Allow your eye muscles to release,
Softening your jaw.
It feels so good to release the jaw.
Now let this peaceful feeling flow down through your neck,
Softening every fiber of your throat,
The back of your neck,
The front of your neck.
With every breath that you take,
You invite in more peace and calming into your system.
Let this peaceful feeling flow down from your shoulders,
Relaxing all the muscles in your shoulders,
Deep relaxing.
Letting go of all your burdens.
Letting that feeling flow down from your shoulders and into your arms,
Loosening the muscles in your upper arms and your forearms.
Release any grip in your hands,
Soothing all the way down to your fingertips.
As your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes,
Allowing any thoughts to just simply flow through like a movie.
Now bringing your awareness to your heart center,
Opening your heart,
Letting love flow.
Coming down to your stomach,
Releasing the belly,
Allowing easy flow for digestion.
Feeling how the belly rises and falls with each breath.
Now bring your awareness to your upper back,
Feeling this peaceful sensation flowing all the way down through your spine.
Now feeling your hips relax as this feeling starts to work its way toward your lower body,
Relaxing your hips,
The back of your thighs,
The front of your thighs.
Every passing moment brings more relaxation to these large muscle groups.
Coming down now through your knees,
Into your calves,
Your ankles completely relax,
And all the muscles in your feet,
The feet that carry you through each day.
Thank you body,
All is well.
Now bringing in white light through the crown of your head,
Opening to divinity,
Bringing it down all the way through your system,
Letting it flow and fill your body with white light.
