Her heartfelt desire is to welcome you into the present moment so that you can become intimate with breath, body, mind, and all importantly, the embodied heart space. Along with teaching in Brighton, you can find her running a studio that overlooks the sea, honouring the seasons to the best of her ability, and finding as much time as possible to get connected to nature. Her other loves include writing, margaritas, music, and time with the community.
