And this is clenching fists.
So for clenching the fists,
You're working on opening.
The channels on the Yang channels on the outside of the arm here.
And all you do for this is you make a fist with your hands and just make sure that your thumbs are on the outside.
So then same position of your hands,
So hands up.
Pushing down.
Trying not to let the shoulders drop forwards,
Keeping nice and straight.
And then just pulling up.
With the fists.
So what you're going to feel now is a stretch right around the back of the wrist and up into the back of the forearms.
And again just getting the idea of this first by just tensing in the ankles.
Knees.
Ties.
Abdomen.
Chest Pushing down.
With the backs of the wrists this time and really working to pull up those pulling up the fists So you've got these forces working against each other,
Really feeling the stretch,
Trying to hold for 10 seconds,
Just breathing normally.
And relax.
Closing the eyes.
And breathing into your abdomen.
And one more time.
Pressing down.
So you're pressing down with the backs of the wrists but pulling up.
With the fist itself to create that stretch.
And then tensing the ankles.
Knees,
Thighs,
Buttocks.
Abdomen.
Test back really pushing down with the arms but not letting the shoulders drop forwards.
And just keeping that tension.
Really thinking about the tension in the hands,
In the arms.
And relax.
Just observing any sensations.
And then for the third time.
Making the fists.
Tensing in the ankles,
Knees.
Thighs.
Abdomen.
Back,
Chest.
Pushing down.
Keeping the hands close in by the body.
Creating as much tension as possible.
Really pulling up.
With the fists themselves.
And relax.
Observing any sensations you feel in the hands.
Or in the backs of the arms.
