Welcome to this guided meditation for your soul's expansion.

Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed,

Turning off or silence any distractions and find a comfortable seated position and softly close down your eyes if that's comfortable.

We will begin by relaxing the mind and the body to ground into this present moment.

So on your next inhale,

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep inhale,

Filling up your body with air and a complete full exhale.

Taking another long,

Slow,

Deep inhale,

Notice how your stomach expands,

Your chest and shoulders rise and a complete,

Full exhale,

Allowing any stress and tension to drift away.

Taking one more full,

Deep inhale and one more complete,

Full exhale,

Relaxing the mind and the body and return your breath back to its natural rhythm,

Breathing in and out of your nose naturally,

Taking your attention to the top of your head as you allow the top of your head to soften,

Continuing that relaxation down into your forehead,

Your eyebrows become heavy,

Relaxing into your eyes,

Softening your face,

Unclenching your jaw and allowing your tongue to rest naturally,

Relaxing down into your throat and your neck,

Your shoulders become heavy,

Resting away from your ears,

Relaxing into your upper arms,

All the way down to your lower arms,

Your hands and your fingers,

Relaxing into your chest,

Your upper back,

Your middle back and lower back,

Softening into your stomach,

Allowing it to rest naturally,

Continuing that relaxation down into your upper legs,

Your lower legs,

Your feet and your toes,

As your body is now completely relaxed without holding any tension anywhere and just return your attention back to your breath,

As you breathe in and out of your nose naturally.

If you get distracted at any point during this meditation,

That is okay,

Just notice that your mind has drifted,

Be kind to yourself and return your attention back to the meditation.

Become aware of what sensations you notice around your nose as you breathe in and out,

You may notice a cooler air on the inhale and the warmer air on the exhale,

You may notice tingling,

Twitching,

Throbbing,

Become aware of these sensations and as you sense the breath moving in and out of your nose,

On your next inhale just follow that breath in through your nose and down into your heart space at the centre of your chest and as you exhale the breath moves out of your heart space and back out of your nose and continue to do this for the meditation.

If you find this difficult or uncomfortable,

You can just focus on your heart,

You can visualise a white or golden light moving in and out of your heart space as you breathe or you can simply place one or both hands on your heart,

Do whatever is comfortable for you and throughout this practice keep returning back to your heart.

There have been many questions,

Why we are here in this world,

In this physical body and it is for our soul's expansion to grow in consciousness.

Our soul,

Our consciousness is eternal,

It comes into this body,

In this physical world,

In this time and place and when we pass,

It will move back to the universal consciousness and when the time is ready,

It will be rebirthed again into this world.

Each time it is to grow in consciousness,

To grow in awareness and to expand the soul and everything in life supports us,

Supports our being and our soul's expansion from all the elements,

Fire,

Water,

Air,

Earth and space.

The perfect combination of elements for this life to grow and to sustain existence,

Providing all the food and water that we need for our physical bodies.

Our physical bodies are a fascinating,

Intelligent organism.

All of our cells are constantly fighting to keep us alive.

We cannot comprehend the magnificence and the intelligence in the human body.

We give it food and water and nurture it and it carries us through life and everything in existence is here for us.

Plants,

Trees,

Food,

Vegetables,

Everything in nature,

The colours,

The aromas,

The incredible things that we can touch and feel,

The beautiful sounds.

It is all for our soul's expansion and for our growth.

But at times when we go through difficult periods and challenging times in our life,

We can often think that life is against us and that life is working against us and not for us.

But life,

Existence,

The universe,

It brings us people or experiences or situations to make us realise,

To make us understand that we need to work through something.

And each time we get through a challenge,

Every time we move through pain,

Our soul,

Our consciousness becomes stronger,

It grows even more and we expand as a human being.

We expand our consciousness and our soul.

Looking back on your life,

How many difficult challenges have you got through?

And how many times have you been through these challenges?

That you think the world is against you but when you come through the other side,

You realise it's nothing but gold.

Gold for your soul,

It brings new people into your life,

New experiences,

Moves you away from old stagnant situations that aren't serving you.

You become more resilient,

Stronger,

More courageous,

More beautiful.

So every time we are faced with a challenge,

Whether that be an experience,

A situation or a person,

It is purely for our benefit.

It's for us to learn from,

To move beyond,

To grow and stretch the borders of our existence and move beyond our limitations.

And each time our soul expands more and more and each time we blossom,

We become even more beautiful.

During our times of difficult challenges,

We just have to know and trust that there is a message,

A big message for us and a big teaching.

And as long as we can stay positive,

Work through the challenge,

Knowing that when we come through the other side,

We are going to be much stronger,

Much more beautiful,

Our consciousness and our soul will grow.

And as our soul expands and as we expand as human beings,

We become even more beautiful.

And then we shine that love,

Not only on ourselves,

But everyone around us,

Our family,

Our friends,

Our work colleagues,

The environment.

We become this beautiful being of shining light.

We have this joy and this inner happiness,

This peace and contentment.

And that emanates out from us.

It improves our relationships,

Improves the way that we think and behave.

And our heart can feel full and happy.

So just remember,

When we face these difficult times,

There is a teaching,

There is a message in there for us.

There is gold for our soul waiting on the other side.

I invite you to take a few deep breaths into your heart space now.

Knowing that you are supported,

That you are cared for,

That you are loved.

This life loves and cares for you.

It is here to help you grow,

To expand your soul.

And I invite you to breathe out love,

Peace and contentment.

Breathe it out from your heart.

Let it wash over you and let it wash over those around you.

You can take your attention off your breathing and off your heart space now.

And just sit in the stillness around you.

Keeping your eyes closed,

You can begin to stretch out into the space around you,

Slowly waking your body.

You can begin to slowly open your eyes,

Starting off gazing down at the floor,

Taking your time coming back around.
