So let's begin as we open up to the full moon here.
I'll take a collective deep breath and just let out the breath.
I want you to continue to breathe in and breathe out on your own.
And as you breathe in,
Think I'm breathing in all that I am.
Maybe as you release,
You think I let go of all that I am not.
So your inhale is a receiving breath and your exhale is a releasing breath.
So I receive and I release at the same exact time.
And as you do this,
Just allow your shoulders to relax.
Allow the muscles in your face to relax.
Allow your jaw to rest and relax.
Allow your throat to let go.
Even your tongue lets go.
And your heart lets go and opens as your chest begins to relax.
And you're breathing still,
Breathing in everything that you are,
Releasing everything that you're not.
And your stomach relaxes and lets go.
And your hips relax and let go on your lower back.
Your legs and your ankles and your feet and your toes relax and let go.
And as you focus on these exhalations,
Just imagine that every time you release the breath,
You're letting go of another aspect of yourself.

Allowing that mask to dissolve.
And I want each of you to imagine that you're in a dark forest,
Nearby a lake,
And as you look up into the sky,
There's a beautiful full moon illuminating the areas right around you,
Seeing the reflection of this moon on the lake,
On the treetops,
Feeling the moon,
Light touching your face,
Illuminating your hands.
And you feel peaceful and relaxed within this moment.
And you disconnect the beauty and the silence of where you are and the sounds of the trees moving in the breeze,
And perhaps the sounds of the animals around you.
But there's a sense of calm,
And it's just you and the moon,
And no one's around you.
And know that this moon is a giver.
This moon has the power to bring you luck,
To open your heart,
To bring you into true authenticity,
And to help you let go everything that might be holding you back from receiving all of your joy.
And even though you can't see fully,
You just have to trust that you are safe exactly where you are,
And you're content in this particular moment.
And as you look to the moon,
I would like you to make an intention for yourself for the next two weeks,
And just think,
Hey moon,
How do I want to utilize your energy?
How best can you serve me?
Or what do I need to know?
Maybe think about that for a moment.
And then from that,
Allow a beautiful intention to form into your mind.
And whatever this intention might be,
I would like you to place it within the moon.
Whatever energy or thought you place into this moment will be reflected back onto you.
It will grow in power and strength.
And as you continue to feel this beautiful moon energy and this light,
You become even more relaxed,
You become even more at peace.
And from here,
You feel this beautiful golden moonlight flowing into your heart,
And you see this light begin to swirl and dance in a clockwise motion right above your heart center.
And this beautiful light allows your heart to peel open,
To reveal its truth,
Its vulnerability,
To reveal unconditional love of yourself,
Others,
And humanity.
It begins to create a beautiful sacred space around you.
And within this sacred space is all aspects of love,
Abundance and love,
Lucky and love,
Fearless love,
Courageous love,
And maybe even heartbreak if that's there.
But all these things are good,
And they're all balanced.
And this golden light helps to soothe any trauma or pain that might exist in your heart,
From childhood or relationships.
You just allow all of that to dissolve.
As you just focus on this beautiful energy of unconditional love and deservability,
As you connect to this beautiful cornucopia of love,
That there is more love available to you now than ever before.
And you take a nice deep breath in,
And you exhale the breath out.
And you do that once again,
Breathing in and extending the breath out.
And now the forest begins to fade,
And the lake begins to fade,
And the moon begins to fade,
And you slowly transcend back into your space wherever you are now,
Except you carry with you that energy.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly begin to bring yourself back.
And allow your eyes to flow open.
