I want you guys to close your eyes.
And the first thing we're going to do is place your non-dominant hand on your heart.
And I want you just to feel the space there.
A lot of times just by touching the heart,
Feeling your heartbeat can start to get you into that heart center more easily than if you're meditating and trying to find it.
And take a deep breath into the heart,
Through the nose,
And releasing.
And again,
Breathing in through the nose,
And releasing.
Nice.
As you do this,
I want you to begin to imagine a beautiful emerald green light sitting right on top of your heart.
Connect to this green healing light,
And just imagine that this light is swirling and dancing in front of your heart space.
And this green light is clearing away everything that is blocking you from your true expression of love.
This green light is removing any blocks that might be keeping you from your higher wisdom from your guides or your masters.
Just imagine that this light is just digging into the heart and just opening it as much as it can possibly be opened,
Extending far beyond your body into space.
Just feeling this sense of movement in the heart.
Just imagining this light bubbling and spreading and pushing and opening.
And just allowing whatever needs to come out to come out without judgment.
You just keep breathing nice and naturally,
Normally,
Focusing on this green light,
Really bringing your entire focus into the heart.
If feelings of uncomfort or discomfort start to come up,
Just breathe through it.
Know that you're safe to go into this space.
We're going to go through a journey today together.
And this journey is going to take you to a space where you are open to meet your guide or your angel or your gatekeeper.
This guide is the guide that works most closely with you when it comes to psychic abilities,
Channeling,
Connecting to the above.
This guide works with you to access the Akashic records,
Your deeper wisdom,
Your higher self,
Deeper truths about yourself and the world.
This guide is always with you and is here to protect you as you do journey into these spaces that could feel uneasy or supernatural for you.
Knowing that this guide is coming to meet you,
You are safe in this journey.
And you can just keep your eyes closed and trust that you are on the right path no matter what happens.
And so I'm going to start the journey now.
So let's take a deep breath one more time through the nose and releasing and relaxing the body.
You are walking along a country lane.
The sun is shining down and you feel warm and happy.
There's an open field on your left and a large set of woods on your right.
You can hear birds singing in the trees and a gentle breeze wafts against your face.
You see ahead of you a small path that leads off to the right into the wood.
Take that path.
This path leads you at a slight downward slope,
Winding in amongst the trees.
You can see the sun up above shining down through the branches and creating a wonderfully warm and comfortable environment.
Small animals such as squirrels,
Rabbits,
Chipmunks,
Peek out as you go down your way.
You catch an occasional glimpse of a baby deer through the trees.
The angle of descent gradually steepens and you come to a cliff edge.
You are not very high up,
In fact,
No higher than the tops of the trees on the ground below the cliff.
You see that someone has cut large steps into the face of the cliff and these lead down to the wooded ground below.
You go down these steps.
It's an easy descent and you feel safe and secure as you go down.
At the bottom,
You cross the short expanse of grass to go once more into the trees.
As you move on,
You soon become aware of a babbling brook.
The sounds of the water become louder as you approach.
As the path makes a turn to the right,
You see the brook ahead of you.
There's busy waters rushing over and around the small and large stones.
The path you are on follows alongside of the brook and you walk along,
Noticing how the water swirls and eddies as it goes on its journey.
Other small streams come in to join it and gradually it swells until it becomes a small river.
As you walk on beside it,
You enjoy occasional glimpses of fish in the river and of a duck or two that lands on the water then takes off again.
A large tree has fallen and stretches across the river,
Its upper branches on the fur bank.
Take the opportunity to cross over,
Jump on the tree trunk and walk across.
You feel firm and secure,
Knowing you will not slip or fall.
On the other side,
You notice a large number of wildflowers growing amongst the trees.
There is another path.
You were obviously not the first to cross by the fallen tree.
Follow along the path and notice the flowers and again the animals and the birds.
Ahead of you,
The trees start to thin and you come out of the wood into a field.
Stop and stand with the wood behind you.
Stones stretch away to the horizon ahead of you.
Off to the left,
You can make out high mountains and to the right,
You can see the wood curving around and off with more fields behind.
But in front of you,
In the middle of the field,
At whose edge you stand,
There is a circling of standing stones.
Each stone stands nine or ten feet tall.
There are a number of them forming this circle.
Great granite monuments.
They look older than time and if they have stood here for a century upon century,
Count how many there are now.
Move forward into the ring.
You feel happy,
Warm and comforted as though the stones are guardians surrounding you and keeping out all negativity.
Walk into the very center of the circle they form and sit down on the grass.
You are aware of the warmth of the sun and the sound of the birds.
Again you feel that gentle breeze on your cheeks.
You close your eyes for a moment and breathe deeply.
Give in the wonderful positive energies of the sacred space.
As you sit there quietly,
You become aware of another person joining you.
Keeping your eyes closed,
This person has come up from behind you and now moves around to face you.
It is a good presence,
A comforting one.
It is your personal guide.
It is the doorkeeper who has watched over your progress for many years.
Don't yet open your eyes but stand up and reach out your hands and take those that are offered.
Feel them.
Feel the warmth and love that comes from the hands that are grabbing your hands.
Now see your guide.
Is it a man or a woman?
Young or old?
What are they wearing?
Notice everything about this guide.
Ask by what means or what name you should call him or her and greet them appropriately.
Now ask if they have any special message for you.
Allow yourself and your heart to completely open to the words,
Guidance or feelings that this presence is offering you today without judgment.
And if you wish you can ask a question.
Know that this stone circle is your special place.
You can come here at any time knowing that you can meet with your guide or anyone else you wish and be perfectly safe and secure.
You can ask all you wish to know of your guide.
No one else can come here without your permission.
Your guide may offer a word,
A sentence or just a feeling.
Be open to all of that.
It is now time to bid your guide goodbye and so thank them for the information that was received and know that you can return anytime you wish.
You stand up,
Bid your guide farewell,
Turn and walk out of the circle and begin your way back towards the wood.
Retrace your steps going back to the river and across the fallen tree trunk.
Follow back along the path until it parts company with the stream.
Go up the steps in the cliff and head out of the woods again back to the country road.
Know that you have had a unique journey but that you can repeat it anytime you wish.
Find yourself now back in your meditation chair.
Breathe deeply and relax as you prepare to come back to your normal surroundings.
Now in this moment,
Go through your body from the top of your head down to your toes feeling your muscles awakening.
Feeling fresh and energized,
Ready for anything that you want to tackle.
Feeling your chakras align from the top to the bottom and asking your guide from a distance to help you release anything and everything that is blocking you from love.
Take one last deep breath through the nose,
Releasing out through the mouth.
Taking in your space,
Space surrounding you and in your own time slowly allow yourself to come back and when you are ready you can open your eyes.
We are going to connect with the throat chakra to do automatic writing.
Now automatic writing is quick.
Your guide or this energy is working through you,
Your conscious mind to bring you these words.
At the top of your paper you will write your question,
Whatever that might be.
Remember you are connecting to the same guide that you just connected with.
As we become comfortable again,
I want you to now focus on the throat.
Feel the energy at the throat and many,
Many of us carry a lot of tension in our necks and throats.
So your first feeling might be tension.
If your throat feels tense in your neck,
A nice way to open it is to yawn.
So just yawn,
Elongating the vocal cords,
Loosening up the neck.
I want you to envision a beautiful blue light above the throat.
This blue light is swirling and dancing.
Just like you did with the heart,
You are feeling the throat begin to open in all directions,
Really connecting to this authentic energy,
Calling upon yourself to be your authentic self.
Asking this blue light to release everything that is blocking you from your true voice and your true expression.
Completely transcending your ego and totally going into your soul,
The truth of who you are and what you are really here to be and experience.
As you allow this beautiful blue light to stretch and change the energy of your throat,
You begin to bring your awareness back into that field,
Seeing yourself standing in this beautiful field with the woods behind you.
As you look ahead,
You see that fallen tree once again.
This fallen tree is covering a brook or a river.
You take this opportunity to cross over as you jump onto this tree trunk once again and you walk across the river.
You feel secure knowing that you will not slip.
On the other side,
You notice a large number of wild flowers growing in amongst the trees and the underbrush.
From here once again,
You see another path.
You are obviously not the first to cross by this fallen tree.
Follow along the path again and notice the flowers and the animals and the birds.
Ahead of you,

They stand before you and they reach their hands out and you take their hands when they are offered.
You feel them.
You feel the warmth and the love that comes from them.
It is the same guide that you were with the first time,
Noticing if they are a man or a woman,
Their age.
Notice anything and everything about them.
Knowing that you are in a special place with your guide.
We ask our guides to open up your senses so that you can connect to them so that you may automatically write whatever it is you need to know today.
We ask permission from your guide.
Is this possible?
And you can notice your guide smiling back to you and giving you permission.
Just take a quick moment to really allow the spirit of your guide to come into your heart once again,
To come into your throat,
Feeling the energy of your guide flowing down your arms,
Into your hands and into your fingertips,
Activating your senses,
Your authenticity.
You allow your guide to begin to fill your conscious mind and your subconscious mind as you invite him into your spirit or invite her into your spirit.
You become one with your guide.
You are not separate from him or her.
You are one with him or her now.
You almost imagine that he or she is sitting on your lap and entering your soul.
And you feel a peaceful connection.
From this space within your mind,
You may ask your guide whatever it is you wish to ask.
And when you are ready to receive the answer,
You're going to take pen to paper and simply allow the words to form themselves in a stream of consciousness.
Without thinking,
Without judging,
You just start to write.
