But I want everyone to close their eyes and come into that heart space.

And again,

If you need to place your dominant hand over your heart,

Then you can do it.

That really helps you go into that space,

That vulnerable space within you that knows that all is well in your world and that no matter what changes are coming ahead of you,

That you are capable and you are ready to experience all the joy that there is to experience in this new earth.

You are ready to receive your greatest and highest good.

You are ready to receive your greatest and your highest good because you are ready to let go of everything that is holding you back from receiving it.

Let's take a nice deep breath together through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

You can allow your hands to just fall gently on your lap,

Palms up or down.

And I want you to envision a beautiful white light at the top of your head.

Within this white light rests all of the properties of the ascension,

Rests all of the powers of the universe,

Rests true love.

Love for yourself and for the world and everyone in it.

It is this crystalline spiritual light of God,

The everything.

And as you picture or envision this beautiful white light.

I want each of you to place within this light your intention,

Place within this light your manifestation.

And don't just speak it.

I want you to see it.

So envision yourself in this white light having already received everything that you wish for.

What do you look like when you have all of this?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

Almost like you're watching a movie of your future.

You create such a specific visualization of your dreams or of your heart's desire.

And as you watch this vision,

This beautiful white light begins to expand.

This light begins to expand in each direction.

And this light begins to become brighter and more vibrant.

And the vision of yourself within this light becomes brighter and larger,

Clearer.

So clear that you almost can feel yourself being that person.

And this beautiful light just continues to grow until it begins to fill the entire space that you were within with this vibrant white light.

And then across the room,

You see yourself.

There you are.

The best imagined version of yourself possible standing across the room.

And he or she is smiling.

He or she has received and let go of pain and suffering.

And is the sole desire.

And he or she begins to walk towards you as the light grows even stronger.

And he or she is almost so real,

So lifelike,

Smiling and laughing,

Free of all pain or worry,

Free of all doubt or fear.

And you get close enough and you take his or her hand.

And you look into his or her eyes.

You begin to make this real connection to this future self.

And you begin to realize that this energy that is standing before you is not your future self.

It is who you are now.

It is the untapped potential of who you are right now in this moment.

This isn't someone that lives in tomorrow.

This is someone that lives in today.

And as you take their hands,

You begin to merge with their energy.

And you slowly become one.

And now this beautiful energy,

The best version of yourself is within you.

It is now within your heart.

Everything that you want,

Everything that you want to manifest is now within your heart.

You feel it.

And it feels so possible.

And it feels so easy to be.

And it feels loving and it feels comfortable.

And because of this awareness,

You begin to feel a different kind of expansion happening.

Just as if your body begins to grow in size,

Your internal energy begins to push outward,

Also filling the space.

Your energy pushes down below you into the earth.

Your energy expands above your head,

Up out into the atmosphere.

Your energy grows so vibrantly that it begins to seep through the walls and out into space.

And you slowly are in a body,

But a beautiful,

Vibrant,

Energetic being.

And you feel the spiritual essence of who you really are,

Not what you've been told or taught.

You feel the essence of your soul.

And your soul is limitless as you continue to expand.

You expand higher and higher into the atmosphere of the world.

And maybe you break through the atmosphere of our planet and you expand so far that now you are somewhere in space.

You are amongst the stars,

High above the earth.

But there is no fear.

There is just calm.

There is peace.

And there is love.

And as you look at the stars and you notice the planets,

You continue to rise.

You rise higher and higher until you notice that you're rising above the planets and above the stars into a golden light.

And as you flow into this golden light,

Unsure of where you are,

You hear a beautiful voice telling you that you're safe and that it's okay to be here in this new dimension.

We welcome you into this spiritual plane beyond our universe.

And this golden light just surrounds you and encompasses you,

Almost like you're lying or waiting in a beautiful warm bath.

It even smells beautiful.

And in this beautiful place,

You see someone walking towards you again.

Only it's not you this time.

As this energy gets closer and closer to you,

You realize it is your guardian angel or your spirit guide or a being of light that is here to help you.

And this beautiful being of light takes your hand and begins to walk you.

And as you walk through this golden light,

All of a sudden you're able to see a beautiful field of flowers,

Except the colors are more vibrant,

Almost like you've walked into Oz.

Everything is just magnificent.

And as you walk through this field of flowers,

You begin to see a golden temple in the distance.

And you are guided to go into this golden temple.

And when you walk into this temple,

Notice what you see.

You look around,

You look at the walls of the ceiling,

And you take in the space and the environment.

And just ahead of you,

You see a table.

And around the table,

You see four beings of light.

And these beings of light welcome you.

And you are safe to go to them.

As a matter of fact,

You know them,

And they invite you to lie on the table.

And they ask you,

What do you need to heal?

What do you need to let go of?

What can we help you with?

What do you need to release from your life so that you can experience this joy?

And you tell them.

You tell them about your life.

You tell them what's holding you back or who hurt you or where you're hurt.

And they say,

OK,

Just lie back and close your eyes.

And as you do that,

These beautiful beings of light place their hands across your entire body.

And they begin to administer this beautiful green energy into your soul.

And this beautiful green healing energy floods through the body.

And it goes to every place that needs balance,

Starting at the top of your head,

Flowing down into your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Flowing into your jaw,

The back of your neck,

And the front of your neck.

As they administer this beautiful,

Warm,

Green healing energy,

You feel so relaxed as it flows down onto your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Into your fingertips,

Releasing everything that needs to go.

And the light flows into your heart.

And it fills you with so much love.

And it helps you heal relationships that need to be healed.

It helps you forgive yourself and others.

And it flows through your ribs,

Into your lungs,

Into the stomach.

And it begins to heal all wounds of childhood,

Any trauma that you might have faced as a child.

And this beautiful green light flows into those dark crevices and balances and regenerates and restructures,

Filling you with confidence,

Self-assurance.

And this light flows down now onto the hips and into your reproductive center.

And it begins to heal all emotional wounds,

Begins to balance your emotions.

It begins to open your creativity where your creativity needs to be.

It opens the waves of change.

It gives you bravery so you can step outside of your box and try new things.

It enhances your manifestation power.

And you feel your hips relax and your lower back relaxes and releases.

And this green light flows down into the legs,

Into your knees,

Down your shins and calves,

To your ankles,

And flowing down into your feet,

Into each toe.

And this green healing light from these light beings extends beyond your toes.

And it extends all the way back down to earth.

And it connects you to the center of the earth while you remain up in this spiritual place.

And this energy is helping you heal all earthly wounds.

It's helping you with your goals,

Your finances.

It's helping you with depression or anxiety.

It's making you feel like you belong and that you are worthy of being here and that you can have the beautiful life that you want.

And maybe you take a nice deep breath in this moment.

And as you release,

You just let go maybe even a little more deeply as your body perhaps is a little more relaxed now.

And this golden,

Beautiful light that is surrounding you is still there.

You are still protected,

Yet this green light that is healing you begins to flow into your spine and it slowly flows up your back,

Releasing all tensions or worries.

And it makes a stop at your mid back and it flows into your anger.

And it helps dissolve all unresolved anger.

It begins to transform this anger into sadness so that you can truly understand why you are angry.

You are not angry.

You are sad or you are not being heard.

So these light beings help to soothe this sadness so that your anger can release and that you can let go and forgive those who might have made you angry.

And the light continues to flow up the back now until it reaches your throat.

And the light beings ask you,

What do you wish to create?

What do you want to put out into the world?

What story do you have to tell that has been untold?

They want to help you tell that story to release your creativity,

Release you from whatever is holding you back,

From expressing yourself,

From speaking the truth,

From your true authentic self.

And they release the need for you to wear a mask or pretend.

And they give you permission to be exactly who and what you truly are unapologetically.

The green light continues now as it moves through your face.

And it begins to flood now into your forehead,

Flowing into your mind,

Into your rationality.

And the light beings ask you about your thoughts.

Do you have negative thoughts?

Do you have judgmental thoughts or sad thoughts or depressed thoughts about yourself or others?

What do you think about that might be hurting you or someone else?

What needs to be changed within your mind?

What needs to be healed within your mind?

And you feel a rush of this beautiful green energy flow into the mind.

And your mind begins to let go.

And it begins to heal and repattern and reprogram and connect you to a place of joy rather than anger and happiness rather than pain and patience rather than impatience and love and light.

And now these light beings move to the top,

Top of your head.

And they point you to the doorway to your spirituality,

Your crown,

Where your faith is and your hopes live and your dreams live,

Where your ability to manifest lives,

Where God lives,

Where your love for humanity lives.

And they ask you,

Is anything blocking you from that love?

Is anything blocking you from allowing yourself to flow with spirit in that beautiful free space?

Not stopping you from having faith or believing in yourself.

And you begin to feel that beautiful green light flood the crown of the entire head.

And it begins to balance this energy and bring you back to a place of hope and faith and resilience and freedom.

Now your body is fully encapsulated in this green healing light.

This green healing light is going to continue to work its magic within you.

It doesn't end here.

So we allow this green light to live within us and continue to heal us.

And the light beings invite you to sit up and they say that it's okay for you to leave the temple now for they have healed what they could heal today.

And you feel so much brighter and lighter and limitless and expanded.

And you realize that you are so much more than you've ever given yourself credit for.

You are so much bigger than you ever thought you were.

You never could believe you were this big.

And as you walk out of the temple you see the beautiful field of flowers once again.

And this time you're alone.

And I invite you to take the next couple moments and just be within this beautiful expanded place.

And I will call you back when it is time to journey forward.

Okay?

And from this moment,

You begin to say your goodbyes to the temple,

To the light beings,

To the field of flowers.

And then you have a feeling of gratitude and joy in your heart for what just occurred.

And you begin to walk back into the golden light.

And as you walk into the golden light,

It completely surrounds you as you are back within this spiritual plane.

And as if you are in a bubble,

You feel yourself begin to descend down very gently.

And as you move out of the golden light,

You are back into the universe,

Back with the stars,

Back with the planets.

And you continue to descend downward until you see the earth.

And you flow into the atmosphere of the earth,

Which seems new for some reason and more exciting than ever.

You continue to descend downward until you begin to see homes and buildings and nature.

Once you begin to see your city or town that you live in from way above.

And your house or apartment building becomes clear.

And you begin to descend towards it,

Through the building,

Back into the room that you are within.

And this beautiful,

Revived,

Revitalized,

Healed soul,

Mind,

Body,

And spirit flows back into your body and reconnects.

And now you are in your body again.

You keep your eyes closed,

But you become aware of your surroundings.

You become aware of your space,

Maybe the little noises.

And maybe you wiggle your toes.

Maybe you wiggle your fingers.

Just to know that life is there.

You start to reconnect to your breath.

Maybe deepening the breath.

Maybe exhaling out.

You begin to examine the body.

And you see how you feel.

Do you feel more light,

More free,

Less worried?

Do you feel expanded?

And you go ahead and you place your dominant hand back on your heart.

And maybe you ask yourself again,

From this space,

What is my heart's desire?

Where do I see myself in a year?

If I could manifest anything right now,

What would that be?

And really listen for the answer.

And maybe the answer is more simple than you thought.

Maybe more easily achieved than you thought.

So this thing that you want now that lives within your heart,

Together we make it a law.

It is your new law.

And allowing your heart to be the launching point.

You see this intention begin to float up and out of your home.

You see this intention begin to flow into the atmosphere of the earth and beyond earth into the universe somewhere.

And anywhere you want,

You see this become a star.

You create a star in the sky with this intention,

With your manifestation.

And it becomes law.

And it shall be yours in the perfect time and under grace.

And you will connect to this star every day,

Even if you just think about it.

And the more you put towards it,

And the more energy you put out and you give this star,

The brighter this star becomes.

And the easier it becomes for you to manifest the energy of your desires.

Take a nice deep breath in and maybe sigh out.

And if you're lying down or wherever you are,

You're just going to bring yourself back to a seat.

And you all should feel really good about yourselves.

You can allow yourself to come back into your room.

Your eyes can flow open.

And I can say this,

That I absolutely felt that energetic shift.

I felt our vibrational plane,

Our collective expand.

And I want you all to keep this expanded kind of feeling.

You could feel almost a little loopy,

Right?

And as long as you work towards this expansion,

At least once a day in some way,

Shape or form,

You have nothing to worry about.

You will be on the ball.

You'll be ready.

Because whether you like it or not,

We are expanding and we are growing and we are changing.

And we could either be a part of that change or fight against it.

But when we fight against change,

There's so much pain and there's so much sorrow.

When if you just flow with it,

Let it happen,

Then you're just in the flow of life and it can't hurt you.

You're going to move past it.
