Today's tapping exercise is intended to help you embrace the day ahead,
So that you can begin this new morning with clarity,
Intention,
And purpose.
We will release whatever is not serving us and invite in calmness and positivity.
I will guide you to simply and gently tap with your fingers on specific points of the body,
Representing energy centers.
As we do this,
You can repeat the phrases that are designed to restore balance.
So let's begin by taking one deep breath in.
Slowly exhale.
Now tapping on the side of the hand.
I choose to welcome peace and calm into this new day.
Even though I may be still carrying yesterday's energy,
I allow myself to begin anew.
Even though I don't know exactly how today will unfold,
I choose to be fearlessly calm and confident.
Trusting what the universe has in store.
I'm moving to the eyebrow.
I honor the past,
Releasing any pressure I've been carrying.
Side of the eye.
I trust the future,
Releasing any anxiety or fear.
Under the eye,
And I step into the present,
Open and curious,
Grounding myself to today.
Under the nose,
Like clouds passing in the sky,
I choose to let whatever is not serving me the here and now melt away along with each exhale.
Moving to the chin,
I soften into this moment.
On the collarbone,
I let my body relax.
I allow my mind to purposely pause.
Under the arm,
Any pain,
Physical,
Emotional,
Or spiritual is simply resistance to friction.
Top of the head,
And I choose to surrender and letting go.
Again,
On the eyebrow,
I welcome fresh,
Positive energy into my mind and body.
The side of the eye,
I allow myself to feel lighter.
Under the eye,
I am open to good things today.
Under the nose,
I trust I can handle whatever comes.
On the chin,
I will make choices with an open heart that aligns with my deepest knowing.
Collarbone,
I attract calm and positivity.
Under the arm,
I desire a peaceful and joyful day.
Top of the head,
So I am creating a beautiful day for myself.
The eyebrow,
I trust my wholeness and value all parts that make me,
Me.
Side of the eye,
I will move through today with confidence.
Under the eye,
And live free of guilt,
Fear,
And shame.
Top of the eye,
Under the nose,
I believe in my ability to grow.
Curiosity awakens within,
I am open to explore and learn something new today.
I am strong and capable of great things.
To the collarbone,
I choose to value my energy.
Under the arm,
I welcome opportunities and new connections within and throughout the universe.
Top of the head,
Today I choose alignment,
Gratitude,
And peace.
