Connect to the light of the universe, allowing it to provide insight, clarity, and healing. This meditation restores balance to the entire body from the top of the crown to the soles of your feet, providing somatic healing.

Thank you for tuning in to this healing light meditation. Find a quiet space, Close your eyes and relax. Take a couple deep breaths in and out, Letting go of control, Just allowing the light of the universe to become one with your body. You can be outside in nature, Allow yourself to feel the warm healing light of the sun or maybe sit by a windowsill. As we connect ourselves to nature, We can see more, See more of all the universe has to offer, Light and dark. In order to heal, We must embrace the light and dark. It is important to remember without the darkness, There would be no light. Without the darkness, There would be no learning, No growth. Take an opportunity to thank the darkness and make a commitment to let it be. Stop any fight we have against it. Stop resisting the exploration of all parts internally and external energies. With that set intention, The yin and yang or the darkness and light can achieve balance and work as one. Continue to breathe in and out. Envision the light from the universe entering your crown, Top of your head, Breathe in the light and become aware of it. You can imagine nostrils coming from the top of your head and help you breathe in the light. Pay attention to the sensations of your body. How do you feel as you allow the light to enter your body? Is the light warm? Maybe feel tingly, Maybe you feel empowered and renewed, Confident. Continue to breathe in the light and breathe out any stale energy that's not servicing you in this moment. You can let go of this energy from the bottoms of your feet. Allow the light to come into every crevice of your body one by one from your crown, Breathe in and now allowed into your forehead, Your eyes, Your nose, Your mouth, Your ears. As you breathe in, Allow these two parts to feel the calmness, The renewed energy that allows you to let go and relax. Breathe the light into your brain, Allowing space to the nerves and maybe tense sensations you feel. Allow your brain to be activated and simultaneously filled with calm. As we move down to the throat, Can you continue to breathe in the light and allow your body to flutter your lips like a horse voices is blocked by parts of us that are afraid what might happen if we allowed our true selves to shine. So important to feel empowerment, To allow these parts to shine and once you feel this now power or energy within your throat, Let's now move to the heart and allow it to be filled up with light as well. It's now open. You will and are loved. Embrace this love and leave life without fear of rejection or judgment of an open heart. Allow yourself to be vulnerable with others and let them in. Be true to yourself. Allow the light now to move to your stomach. The digestive process is now filled with guiding light as your body accepts any new energy and nutrients lovingly that you allow into you, Your being today, This week and the future. There's nothing in your life that you cannot stomach. You're brave, You're confident and your internal organs are working now with the power of the universe. Continue to allow the light to flow below your abdomen, To your legs, Down to your feet. Take a moment. If there's a part of your body that needs some extra attention, Provide it now. Provide it the light it needs in this moment. Once your whole body is filled with this healing, Renewing, Beautiful light, Allow yourself a moment to feel what it's like to embrace the light and be one with it. It flows naturally from the top of your crown down to the bottoms of your feet in the ground. You're connected to the light of the universe and grounded to Mother Earth, The father and mother of all here with you on this journey called life, Providing you guidance and protection. Thank both for their support. Remind yourself and say out loud, Now, Every crevice of my body is filled with brilliant golden light. Say it again. Every crevice of my body is filled with brilliant golden healing light. One more time. Every crevice of every single little intricate part of this beautifully crafted body is filled with brilliant healing golden light. Take a deep breath. Now we're going to release any excess energy light collected that you do not need. It's important to return this back to the earth, Allowing yourself to be empty again. Do this with clarity and insight as you share and provide what you don't need back to its place of origin. Return back to the breath and allow it to just flow without any desire to control it. It's an emptiness where we find wholeness. It's a nothingness where we find something worth living for. It's the absence of light where we learn to navigate the dark. An enlightened soul is once empty. And merely found its way back home. You always have the capacity to heal. You always have access to the light of the universe. Remember that. As you feel ready now, Open your eyes and return to the present moment, Knowing you always can come back to this practice.
