I want you to get nice and comfortable in the space that you're in.
Allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.
Take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Again,
Breathing in,
Filling your lungs completely and letting it all go.
One more time.
Inhaling calm and exhaling any tension.
Now,
Gently allow your eyes to close and just begin to settle into your body.
Not trying,
Not forcing,
Just allowing.
Notice your breath,
The natural rhythm of it.
And with every breath out,
You begin to drift.
Just a little more.
Letting go of the outside world.
Letting go of expectations.
Letting go of control.
That's it.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing at the top of a beautiful staircase.
And this staircase leads you even deeper into your subconscious mind,
Into memory,
And into awareness.
There are 10 steps,
And with each step down,
You go even deeper.
More open.
More aware.
More connected.

You find yourself in a peaceful space.
Quiet.
Calm.
Timeless.
Now,
In front of you,
There is a doorway.
And this doorway represents a past life.
One that is ready to be seen.
One that holds meaning for you.
One that your subconscious mind is ready to show you.
There is no pressure here.
No right or wrong.
Only experience.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly walk towards that door.
Place your hand on the handle,
And as you open it,
You step into another lifetime.
And as you step through,
Allow the scene to begin forming around you.
There's no need to force it.
Just notice what comes.
Now,
Look down at your feet.
What are you wearing?
Are you barefoot?
Do you have shoes on?
Sandals?
Notice the ground beneath you.
Is it dirt?
Stone?
Take a moment here and allow those details to build naturally.
Look all around you.
Is it daytime or nighttime?
Are there people nearby?
Take your time and let your subconscious show you.
Now,
Begin to become aware of yourself in this lifetime.
Are you male or female?
What age are you?
What kind of life are you living?
Is it simple,
Busy,
Peaceful,
Or is it challenging?
Allow any feelings or impressions or imagery to come up for you now.
Even if it feels like your imagination,
Just trust it.
Because your subconscious mind speaks in images and feelings.
I want your mind to take you to an important moment in this lifetime.
A moment that matters.
Let it unfold for you now.
What is happening?
What are you feeling?
Who is with you?
What's important about this moment?
Just observe.
Now,
Gently ask,
What do I need to understand from this life?
And listen.
It may come as a thought,
A feeling,
A knowing,
Or it may unfold as another scene.
Trust whatever comes.
Now,
Allow yourself to move forward in this lifetime to another key moment where something significant happens.
Observe it.
What lesson is here for you?
What emotion is here?
Now,
Your mind gently brings you to the end of this lifetime.
Peacefully.
Safely.
You are only observing from a distance.
Notice how this life comes to completion.
And as it does,
You begin to separate from that body.
Returning back to your higher awareness.
Imagine yourself rising from it.
Floating into a calm,
Peaceful space.
A space between lives.

The only thing that they have is clarity.
Only understanding.
