Hello.
I want you to get nice and comfortable in the space that you're in.
If you're sitting in a chair,
I ask that you sit back comfortably.
And if you're lying in a bed,
I want you to elevate slightly so that you don't fall asleep.
And I want you to take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Again,
Deeper this time.
Breathe in,
Filling your lungs completely and letting everything go.
And one more.
Breathing in calm and exhaling tension.
Now,
Allow your eyes to gently close and just begin to notice your body.
Not trying to change anything,
Just noticing the weight of your body,
The feeling of your breath.
And as you continue breathing slowly,
Naturally,
You may begin to notice that your body begins to soften.
Your shoulders are dropping.
Your jaw unclenching.
Your forehead smoothing.
And with every breath out,
You let go a little bit more.
That's it.
Now,
Imagine a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head.
It's soft,
Warm,
Calming.
And this wave begins to move downward across your forehead,
Releasing any tightness around your eyes,
Softening them,
Letting them sink deeper.
Down into your jaw,
Letting it loosen completely.
And that wave continues down your neck,
Into your shoulders.
And you may notice your shoulders dropping even more now.
And as that wave flows down your arms,
All the way down to your fingertips,
Down your chest,
Down to your stomach.
And you may begin to release any tension that you've been holding there.
All the way down through your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Until your entire body feels heavy,
Relaxed,
Supported.
Now,
In this calm,
Safe space,
We're going to gently connect you with what's been building inside of you,
Without judgment,
Without resistance,
Just awareness.
Bring your attention inward.
What do you notice?
Where do you feel anger in your body?
Is it in your chest or your stomach,
Your throat or jaw?
Just observe it.
You don't need to push it away and you don't need to hold onto it.
Just notice.
Because anger isn't bad.
It's information.
It's protection.
It's energy.
But when it builds and stays stuck,
That's when it becomes overwhelming.
So now,
We're going to release it.
Imagine that anger has energy inside of your body.
Maybe it has a color,
A shape,
A texture.
Just let your mind show you.
And now,
Imagine that with every breath out,
You begin to release it.
Slowly,
Safely,
Exhaling it out of your body.
That's it.
Each breath,
Releasing more.
You don't have to force anything.
Your body knows how to let go.
Now,
I want you to imagine standing in front of a powerful,
Glowing fire.
And this fire is safe,
Controlled,
Transformative.
It doesn't destroy.
It transforms.
And now,
Imagine gathering all of that anger,
All that built-up emotion,
All the frustration,
And placing it into that fire.
Watch it.
And as it begins to burn,
Shift,
Change.
That energy is transforming into strength,
Into clarity,
Into control.
Because that's what anger really is underneath.
It's power.
And now,
That power is becoming yours again in a calm,
Grounded,
And controlled way.
Now,
Feel into your body.
Notice how it's already shifting.
It's lighter,
Softer,
More in control.
And say to yourself,
I am safe to feel.
And I am safe to let go.
Again,
I choose calm over reaction.
Again,
I am in control of my energy.
Let those words settle deep into your mind.
Now,
Imagine a soft,
Calming light filling up your entire body,
Starting at your chest,
Spreading outward,
Replacing any leftover tension with peace,
With steadiness,
With peace,
With control.
And the more you allow this calm in,
The stronger it becomes.
This is your natural state.
And you can return to it any time you wish.
Now,
I'm going to count from one to five.
And I want you to bring back with you all of those feelings of calm,
Clearness,
And being in control.
One,
Becoming aware of your body.
Two,
Bringing back calm energy.
Three,
Feeling lighter and more grounded.
Four,
Taking a deep breath in.
Five,
Eyes open,
Calm,
Steady,
And in control.
I hope you have a beautiful day.
