Notice the weight of your body sinking,
As if the surface beneath you is gently pulling you down,
Holding you,
Supporting you,
Safe.
Relax your forehead.
Unclench your jaw.
Let your tongue rest softly.
And now,
Imagine a soft wave of warmth beginning at the top of your head,
Slowly moving down,
Relaxing your scalp,
Your face,
Like a gentle current floating downward,
Releasing your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest.
And as this wave continues,
It carries away the day.
Every thought,
Every tension,
Every lingering worry,
Just dissolving.
Now,
Imagine you are standing at the edge of a quiet ocean at night.
The sky above you is vast,
Filled with stars,
And the water is calm,
Glowing softly in the moonlight.
And with each breath,
The tide moves in and out.
And with every wave that returns to the ocean,
It takes something with it.
One wave takes your stress.
Another takes your thoughts.
Another carries away anything unresolved.
You don't need to hold anything anymore.
Let it all drift away.

Silently repeat within yourself,
I release this day.
I am safe to rest.
I allow myself to fully let go.
Feel your body becoming heavier,
