Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This meditation is for you to help ground your energy,
Calm and settle any anxiety and help clear your mind of thoughts.
I have infused this meditation with Reiki healing energy so set the intention to be open to receive.
Let's begin by coming into a comfortable position.
You may like to stay seated with your back nice and straight,
Feet planted on the earth or if you would prefer to lie down,
Place your arms by your side with your palms facing down.
Legs spread out,
Just taking up space.
Slowly take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale out your mouth.
Coming into this moment,
Trying to let go of anything weighing you down today.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Focusing on every inhale and exhale.
Giving yourself permission to be here today.
Deep breath in.
And out.
Continue to focus on your breathing as I connect to your energy now.
Deep breath in.
And out.
I want you to begin to see a beautiful white light sitting at the top of your crown,
The top of your head.
This white light starts to flow through your skull,
Down your face.
As this white light flows down through your face,
It's washing away any thoughts,
Anything flowing through your mind today.
Giving yourself permission to let go of these thoughts.
Let them be taken away by this white light.
Slowly flowing down.
Seeing the thoughts leave your mind.
As the white light now continues down your neck.
Let this white light continue down your shoulders.
And as this white light continues to flow through you,
Your body starts to soften.
You start to relax more and more.
Shoulders dropping down as the white light flows down your arms.
Down into your hands.
Shooting out through your palms.
The white light continues down your chest.
Down your upper back.
And through your heart.
If you're feeling any tension,
Anxious energy in your heart,
Allow the white light to move this through you.
Deep breath in.
And out.
Allowing your breathing to slow down.
Deep breath in.
And out.
The white light continues down your stomach.
Down your back.
If you've been feeling anxious energy in your stomach area.
Maybe butterflies,
Unease,
Discomfort.
Let this white light flow through this area.
Sending so much love as it takes away any discomfort.
Think of this anxiety just like extra energy flowing through your body.
It needs to move through you and out of you.
So you can come back to a place of balance.
So allow this white light to take away this extra energy.
It's flowing down your body.
Down past your hips.
Your womb area.
Your bottom.
Let this white light continue to move down your body.
Taking away this extra energy.
As this white light continues now down your legs.
All the way down to your feet.
And out the soles of your feet.
This white light has cleared out any extra energy that has been causing you to feel uneasy.
Anxious,
Nervous.
Whatever it is.
Let it wash through your body.
All the way down out through the soles of your feet.
I want you to visualize yourself.
Standing outside in nature.
Somewhere that feels safe for you.
A place outside where the temperature is perfect.
And your feet are planted on the earth.
This may be at the beach.
You may be in a beautiful grass field.
You may be in the forest.
Wherever you feel connected or your mind takes you to now.
Just visualize yourself standing there.
Or sense yourself being there.
Bare feet on the earth.
With your feet planted here.
I want you to wiggle your toes.
And feel the connection to the earth.
Feel the energy pulling down.
Through the soles of your feet.
As you anchor yourself here now.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Feeling the beautiful energy of nature.
As you are connected here now.
Feel how supported you are.
Let yourself be held.
Supported.
And know you are safe in this moment to let go.
Whatever has caused the extra energy to flow through your body.
Know you can let that all go now.
As you are held and supported by the earth.
Deep breath in.
And out.
If your mind is feeling busy.
Let the earth pull the energy down.
All the way from your mind.
All the way down your body and into the earth.
Let your worries and concerns.
All those repeating thoughts.
Move them down your body and into the earth.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
I want you to notice any sensations at the bottom of your feet.
As we call forward the beautiful healing energy of the earth.
This energy is coming all the way up.
Into your feet.
Noticing any tingling.
Any warmth.
Any sensations.
Let the earth's healing frequency begin to rise up your body.
Deep breath in.
And out.
Allow yourself to be held in this beautiful healing frequency for a moment.
Let the earth do its magic.
If you feel any rushes of energy.
Any emotions or feelings that are too strong.
Allow yourself to breathe through this.
Allow it to move through you all the way down into the earth.
You are held and supported in this moment.
And it's safe to let go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And out.
Feeling the beautiful connection with the earth.
Slowly coming back to your breath.
And into your body.
Noticing how you're feeling now.
I want you to bring your awareness into this present moment.
Any future thoughts.
Any past thoughts.
Let them all go.
As you are in the present moment now.
Feeling your breathing.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
And knowing how safe you are in this moment.
If you begin to feel that anxious energy start to come back.
Come back to this moment.
Tap into the healing energies of the earth.
And remind yourself that you are supported.
That you are safe in this moment.
And that you may just have extra energy flowing through your body that needs to be released.
So always give yourself time and space to release this.
Honor yourself.
Taking a deep breath in.
And out.
When you feel ready.
Slowly opening your eyes.
Just noticing your surroundings.
And taking your time to get up.
As we've been doing some energy healing work today.
Remember to drink plenty of water.
Whatever needs to come up let it move through you.
And you may like to spend some time out in nature today or this week.
