Welcome to this energy cleanse and protection meditation.

This cleansing light meditation is a beautiful way to clear and protect your energy field.

If you feel you're picking up or taking on other people's energies,

This is a great way to protect yourself and to cleanse anything that you pick up throughout the day.

So let's get into a comfortable position,

Ensuring you are nice and relaxed,

Allowing yourself to switch off from the day ahead or letting go of the day that's been,

Closing down your eyes if you haven't already and giving yourself permission to have this time for you.

Allow yourself to connect in with your breath as your breathing becomes slower and deeper,

Noticing the sensations of every inhale and exhale,

Taking a moment to observe your body,

Noticing if you're holding on to any tension and if you can allow yourself to relax a little bit more,

Taking a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale out the mouth.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale out the mouth.

One more time,

Deep inhale and exhale out the mouth,

Bringing your awareness to the top of your head,

Start to see a glowing white light sitting just above you,

This white light is expanding and swirling around.

As the white light starts to expand,

It starts to flow through the crown of your head,

Moving down your face and the back of your head,

The white light is relaxing every part of you as it flows through,

Noticing your eyes soften,

Your jaw relaxes,

The white light continues down your neck,

Down your shoulders,

Down your arms,

The white light flows down your chest and upper back.

As you relax deeper and deeper,

You feel lighter and lighter,

The white light flows through the palms of your hands and fingertips,

Down your stomach and lower back,

Breathing in and out as this white light continues to flow through you,

Flowing down your hips and thighs,

Down past your knees and calves,

Down your shins,

Around your ankles,

Down through your feet.

This white light goes out your toes and flows through the soles of your feet,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale the white light continues down into the earth,

Forming energetic roots,

These roots are travelling deep into the core of the earth,

Grounding you and protecting you,

Supporting you,

Feeling this white light as it's streaming through your body,

Creating this wave of energy that's flushing out anything that doesn't belong to you,

That's removing any stagnant energy.

Take a deep breath in and exhale out,

Letting go of anything that's needing to go,

Releasing what no longer serves you,

What doesn't belong to you and allow this to move through the soles of your feet,

Deep into the earth.

This white light now is starting to expand out your body,

With every breath this white light grows bigger and bigger,

It surrounds your entire body and goes out further and further as the white light surrounds your auric field.

You may like to repeat silently in your mind,

I am protected,

I protect my energy,

I let go of what is not mine,

I am protected.

I am protected,

I protect my energy,

I let go of what is not mine and just see yourself sitting here or lying here with this beautiful white light flowing through your entire being.

You are so held and protected in this moment,

Bringing your awareness back to your breath and just doing a few deep cleansing breaths.

Breathe in through your nose,

Exhale out the mouth,

Again deep breath in and this time sigh it out the mouth.

Know you can come back to this white light cleansing meditation whenever you need.

You can protect yourself throughout the day and let go of what doesn't belong to you whenever you feel you are picking up on others energies.

And when you feel ready open your eyes.
