For this meditation.
Find a comfortable position.
Allow yourself to arrive exactly as you are.
Take a slow breath in.
And release.
Again.
Breathing in… Breathing out… For the next few minutes,
Allow everything to be simple.
Notice the movement of breathing.
Nothing more.
Now expand your awareness.
Notice sounds.
Sensations Thoughts?
Emotions.
Allow them all to appear and disappear.
Like waves crossing an open sea.
Now imagine that every experience is moving through a vast field of awareness.
Nothing needs to be held.
Nothing needs to be rejected.
Everything comes.
And everything goes.
Rest in that spaciousness.
Notice that awareness itself remains open.
Even when thoughts change.
Even when emotions change.
Even when identities change.
For a few moments,
Simply remain here.
Open,
Aware.
Present.
Now,
We begin the return.
Feel your hands.
Feel your feet.
Feel the contact between your body and the surface supporting you.
Notice that clarity does not require withdrawal from life.
Awareness can move into action into conversation into work.
Into relationships.
Into ordinary moments.
Bring to mind one small action you can take today.
One clear action.
Simple.
Real.
Concrete Not tomorrow.
Today.
See yourself completing it.
Without force.
Without drama.
Just a natural expression of clarity.
Take a deep breath.
And another.
Feel yourself fully present.
Fully here.
Nothing special,
Nothing missing.
Just awake to this moment.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
