
Remembering You

This is a guided meditation based on a poem I wrote - to encourage you to 'come home to you' - to remember your heart, your spirit, your innate 'you-ness'. As adults, we become layered with emotions, expectations, traumas, and all sorts of 'shoulds'... This meditation invites you to remember You before the layers, and the hurts. You may use this meditation as an invitation to remember and embody YOU again - to invite your innate wisdom, spirit, and heart to reclaim your body, to feel and be heard once more. Included in the track are moments of silence, between the reading of the poem, for you to ponder, journal, or simply remember... A Lectio Divina style meditation.
