5 Element Colour Meditation I am so pleased to offer you this meditation as a beautiful way to balance the 5 Elements of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire within your mind, body and spirit. At the end of a long day, or if your feeling scattered and off-balance, this guided meditation will be lovely for you - so that you feel calm, in flow, and balanced. Each of these elements have a particular emotion that we will concentrate on to release and a particular state we will concentrate on to call in and expand into. Focusing on the colours of the 5 Elements - Yellow (Earth), White (Metal), Blue (Water), Green (Wood), and Red (Fire), you will be guided to allow each colour to land in your mind, body & spirit - bringing calm and ease. If you are feeling anxious, scattered or just 'not like yourself', this guided meditation will help you feel supported, connected, safe, flexible and joy.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Lisa.

This is a guided meditation using the colors of the five elements,

Earth,

Metal,

Water,

Wood,

And fire,

To help you feel more connected,

Balanced,

And at ease,

To release what is stuck,

And invite in the expansion that each element offers.

As we settle here together,

Take a gentle breath,

And another,

Simply allowing yourself to land here,

Leaving what was before at the door,

And bringing yourself into your breath and your body awareness.

As you take your next breath,

Notice your feet on the earth,

The feel of the support and the holding from the earth.

You may even notice the beat of the earth coming to your body from the earth as your breath and body beat as one with the earth.

All parts of you are welcome here,

All parts of your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit,

All parts of your emotion,

Your pain,

And your wisdom.

And with your next breath,

We come to the first element for today,

The earth element,

And the color yellow.

Imagine the color yellow.

Imagine this yellow landing around you,

Your breath taking it into your lungs and dissipating it through your body.

And as this yellow moves around you,

Allow any worry you might have to gently move and flow,

Releasing the tightness and the heaviness in your mind,

Your body,

And spirit.

And as you breathe in and out,

Releasing the worry into the moving yellow,

Feel your body lighten.

And with your next breath,

Call in any nourishment that you need right now,

Allowing the yellow,

The nourishment,

And the support to land in your mind,

Body,

And spirit exactly where it's needed right now.

And as we move to the next element,

The metal element and the color white.

Imagine the color white.

Imagine this white landing around you,

Your breath taking it into your lungs and dissipating it through your body.

And as this white moves around you,

Allowing any sadness or loss you might have to gently move and flow,

Releasing the tightness and heaviness in your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

And as you breathe in and out,

Releasing the loss into the moving white,

Feel your body lighten.

And with your next breath,

Call in the connection and self-worth that you need right now,

Allowing that white,

The connection and self-worth to land in your mind,

Body,

And spirit exactly where it's needed right now.

And as we move to the next element,

The water element and the color blue.

Imagine the color blue,

Dark blue,

Landing around you,

Your breath taking it into your lungs and dissipating it through your body.

And this dark blue moving around you,

Allowing any fear you might have to gently move and flow,

Releasing the tightness and the heaviness in your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

And as you breathe in and out,

Releasing the fear into the moving dark blue,

Feel your body lighten.

And with your next breath,

Call in the trust and the wisdom that you need right now,

Allowing that dark blue,

The trust,

The wisdom to land in your mind,

Body,

And spirit exactly where it is needed right now.

And as we move to the next element,

The wood element and the color green.

Imagine the color green,

Imagine this green landing around you,

Your breath taking it into your lungs and dissipating it through your body.

And as this green moves around you,

Allowing any anger you might have to gently move and flow,

Releasing the tightness and the heaviness in your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

And as you breathe in and out,

Releasing the anger,

Feeling your body lighten.

And with your next breath,

Call in the courage and the flexibility that you need right now,

Allowing the green,

The courage,

The flexibility to land in your mind,

Body,

And spirit exactly where it's needed right now.

And as we move to the last element,

The fire element and the color red.

Imagine the color red,

Imagine this red landing around you,

Your breath taking it into your lungs and dissipating it through your body.

As this red moves around you,

Allow any hurt you might have to gently move and flow,

Releasing the tightness and the heaviness in your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

As you breathe in and out,

Releasing the hurt into the moving red,

Feeling your body lighten.

And with your next breath,

Call in the joy that you need right now,

Allowing the red,

The joy,

To land in your mind,

Body,

And spirit exactly where it's needed right now.

Notice each of the colors having landed where you need them right now.

Feel the nourishment,

Feel the connection,

Feel the trust,

Feel the courage,

Feel the joy.

As the yellow,

White,

Blue,

Green,

And red land where they need to,

For your calm,

Flow,

And balance to settle,

Expand,

And be comfortable.

Take a breath in and out,

And another in and out.

Allow yourself to find your feet again as we come back into space,

Into your space.

Feel your feet,

Your hands,

Your body,

Your chair.

Take another breath.

Walk gently into the rest of your day.

Go well.

And bless you this day.
