Each of these elements have a particular emotion that we will concentrate on to release and a particular state we will concentrate on to call in and expand into. Focusing on the colours of the 5 Elements - Yellow (Earth), White (Metal), Blue (Water), Green (Wood), and Red (Fire), you will be guided to allow each colour to land in your mind, body & spirit - bringing calm and ease.
