As long as you're comfortable.
And when you're in that comfortable position,
You may gently close your eyes.
Staring at something in the distance with a soft gaze but I'd like to invite you to bring your awareness to your breath.
We're going to start by taking a deep breath in through the nose.
And as you exhale,
Release the weight of the day.
This meditation is your time.
A sacred time.
Because today you are opening the doorway into the Akashic Field.
Into your soul's eternal library.
Where your higher self waits to meet you.
The intention here is simple.
It is to receive the truth of who you are and beyond all wounds.
Beyond all conditioning.
Beyond all the ways you felt you needed to please approve yourself.
You are here to remember your authentic self.
And to know that you are whole,
Radiant,
And deeply loved.
I'd like to kindly ask you to place one hand on your heart.
And the other hand on your belly.
Feeling your breath move beneath your palms.
Inhaling slowly.
And exhaling completely.
With each breath,
Imagine breathing in light.
And exhaling all the heaviness you've carried.
Expectations from others.
Stories that are not yours.
Old roles that are no longer serving you.
Just feel them all as they fall away.
Now imagine roots growing from the bottoms of the soles of your feet deep into Mother Earth.
Anchoring you in to the heart of Mother Gaia herself.
Sending those thick,
Strong roots down,
Down deep into the Earth's core.
Feeling her presence wrap around you.
Warm.
Study.
Unconditionally loving.
Let her hold you the way you've always longed to be held.
I'd like you to bring your awareness to about six inches from the top of your crown.
And imagine a great day.
Column of light,
Like a radiant beam descending from beyond the stars.
This light is the Akashic Current.
The eternal field of wisdom that holds the truth of your soul.
See it opening above your crown like a doorway.
A shimmering portal.
Whisper quietly to yourself.
With love.
With integrity.
With light.

Imagine yourself taking that very step forward.

As you cross the threshold.
Notice where you land.

A presence begins to appear.

Envision her now.
Notice how she looks.
Notice how she shines.

Loving,

She opens her arms to you.
And as you step closer.

You don't need to be fixed.
You only need to be loved.

I want you to listen to her words,
But not with your ears.
Listen with your heart.
Feel the shifts that happen inside of you.

But you're not alone as you were when you first walked into this portal.
You are now carrying the wisdom and wholeness within you.
As you journey back through the shimmering portal.
You once again feel the earth beneath you.
The rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.
Inhaling deeply Exhaling slowly.

You're not here to be fixed.
You are here to be free.
Free to love,
Free to be seen,
Free to live as your authentic self.
Your higher self now walks with you.
