To begin this practice,
Sit or stand in a comfortable position,
Ensuring your spine is straight but not rigid,
Placing your hands on your abdomen right below your ribcage.
Now close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your abdomen rise as you fill your lungs with air and as you exhale through your mouth,
Let your abdomen gently fall and focus on this breathing technique for a few more times.
If your thoughts wander,
Gently bring your focus back to your breath.
As you breathe,
Start to picture yourself at the base of a mountain.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and let's start on a journey up the mountain of serenity and success.
Imagine yourself standing at the base of a majestic mountain,
