From there, you’ll be guided through very light hands-on skin touch experience or simple visualization, inviting a sense of lymphatic flow clearing for lymph edema or just general well-being. Throughout the meditation, you’re supported by imagery of a flowing steam and supportive guides. Open lymphatic pathways and encourage flow with care and protection.
