Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
My name is Annemarie Baviers.
Thank you for choosing to spend this sacred moment with me.
Today's meditation is created to guide you into a space of calm,
Connection and gentle transformation.
Today's meditation is focused on boundaries without you.
The energy of know.
Thank you for choosing yourself today.
In this moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
And nothing you need to become.
You are already enough.
Take a slow breath in and breathe out.
Allow yourself to settle.
Today we're going to talk about one tiny word.
A word that can feel enormous.
When you spend your life breathing it.
No.
Perhaps you've been taught that no is rude.
Perhaps you've been taught that good people help.
Perhaps you've discovered that when you say yes,
People are pleased with you.
And when you say no,
Someone may become disappointed.
So what do you do?
Reflect to avoid nodes.
You suffered me.
You explain.
You apologize for it.
You give 10 reasons You have literally made yourself responsible for the other person's feelings.
But.
.
.
Check 9.
I'd like you to consider something different.
No is a complete sentence.
It doesn't need anger.
It doesn't need punishment.
It doesn't need an argument.
And it certainly doesn't need guilt.
Imagine you're standing in your beautiful inner garden.
This garden belongs to you.
It contains everything precious to you.
Your time.
Your energy.
New body.
Your peak.
Your dreams and your heart.
And around this garden.
Is a simple Beautiful game.
The gate is locked.
And it isn't there to keep love away.
It's there to remind you that.
You decide what enters your space.
Someone approaches the gate.
And they ask for something from you.
You feel the old urge to immediately say yes.
At this time,
You pause.
Your brain.
And you check in with yourself.
Do I have the energy for this?
Do I want to do this?
Is this mine to carry?
And if the answer is no,
You simply say no.
Can't do that.
No long explanation,
No apology,
No guilt.
Just the truth.
Notice what happens inside your body.
Perhaps there is discomfort.
That's okay.
You are doing something unfamiliar.
Your nervous system may have learned that saying no is dangerous.
But.
.
.
You are safe.
You can feel this comfort.
Without.
Changing your decision.
Take a breath.
And imagine the word,
Know,
Becoming softer.
Not small.
Not weaker,
Just softer.
No can be loving Now can you do your stick?
No can critique your energy.
No could make space for a more honest yes.
Place your hand over your heart.
And repeat quietly.
I am allowed to say no.
Do not need.
To justify.
My knee.
Someone else's disappointment does not mean that I have done something wrong.
I can be loving without.
Being available for everything.
My no protects the integrity of my yes.
I trust myself to know what is right.
Only.
Now take a deep breath.
And let it go.
Imagine standing once again.
At the cave.
Of your inner garden.
Look around.
Everything that belongs to you is still there.
You'll keep.
Your energy.
And your heart.
Your life.
Nothing has been lost.
You have simply remembered.
Thank you all.
Allowed to protect what is precious to them.
And perhaps This is what self-respect feels like.
Not hard,
Not angry,
Just quietly knowing this is mine to choose.
When you're ready.
Begin moving your fingers and your toes.
Take a gentle breath.
And slowly return to the room.
Open your eyes when it feels right.
And as you move through your day.
May you remember this.
You don't have to become hard to have boundaries.
You can say no with loving your heart.
And peace in your voice.
Quietly for a moment.
Before you channel.
Today's reflection.
What am I afraid of?
I say no.
And then ask yourself.
Is that fear based on what is actually happening now?
And something.
I learnt a long time ago.
Right whatever comes There is nothing to fix.
Simply listen.
Thank you for sharing this peaceful space with me.
I honor your time,
Your presence.
And also your willingness to show up for yourself.
Until we meet again,
Stay grounded.
Stay open and above all stay kind to your soul.
